30 June 2026 of PT Merdeka Gold Resources Tbk (the “Company”)

PT Bursa Efek Indonesia Nomor:
Kep-00015/BEI/01-2021 tanggal 29 Januari
2021 tentang Perubahan Peraturan Nomor I-E
tentang Kewajiban Penyampaian Informasi
(“Peraturan I-E”), bersama ini Perseroan
menyampaikan kepada BEI bahwa Perseroan
telah mengalami perubahan lebih dari 20Y6 pada
Pos Jumlah Aset dan Liabilitas pada Laporan
Keuangan Konsolidasian Interim untuk periode
enam bulan yang berakhir 30 Juni 2026.
Jumlah aset Perseroan per 30 Juni 2026
meningkat sebesar 30,249 menjadi
AS$964.329.526 dibandingkan dengan posisi
per 31 Desember 2025 sebesar
AS$740.638.208 Peningkatan tersebut
terutama disebabkan oleh kenaikan pada pos
aset tetap sebesar AS$148.279.740, sejalan
dengan meningkatnya aktivitas konstruksi
fasilitas Heap Leach Growth dan Carbon-in-
Leach ("CIL") untuk mendukung pengembangan
operasi Perseroan. Selain itu, persediaan juga
meningkat sebesar AS$45.265.840, yang
mencerminkan meningkatnya aktivitas
penambangan dan produksi emas dan perak.

In accordance with point 111.1.1.4 of Decision
Letter of the Board of Directors of the Indonesia
Stock Exchange Number: Kep-00015/BE//01-
2021 dated 29 January 2021 regarding
Amendment of Regulation Number I-£ on
Obligation to Disclosure of Information
(“Regulation I-E”), the Company hereby informs
to IDX changes of more than 2046 in its Total
Assets and Liabilities in the Interim Consolidated
Financial Statements for the six month periods
ended 30 June 2026.
The Company's total assets as of 30 June 2026
increased by 30.24 to US$964,329,526,
compared to US$740,638,208 as of
31 December 2025. The increase was primarily
attributable to a US$148,279,740 increase in
property, plant and eguipment, in line with the
ongoing construction of the Heap Leach Growth
and Carbon-in-Leach ("CIL") facilities to support
the Company's operational expansion. In
addition, inventories increased by
US$45,265,840, reflecting the continued growth
in mining and production activities of gold and
Silver.

Cd MERDEKA GOLD Resources Jumlah liabilitas Perseroan per 30 Juni 2026 mengalami kenaikan 67,66 menjadi sebesar AS$602.762.902 dibandingkan dengan laporan keuangan konsolidasian per 31 Desember 2025 sebesar AS$359.700.290. Kenaikan terutama disebabkan oleh peningkatan pinjaman bank sebesar AS$134.743.169 guna mendukung kebutuhan pendanaan untuk aktivitas produksi, pemrosesan, pengeluaran operasional lainnya setelah dimulainya operasi komersial, dan pengembangan fasilitas CIL yang konstruksinya telah dimulai sejak akhir tahun 2025. Selain itu, beban yang masih harus dibayar meningkat sebesar AS$77.462.828 terutama sehubungan dengan berlangsungnya pembangunan fasilitas CIL. Liabilitas sewa juga meningkat sebesar AS$30.766.405 akibat penambahan alat berat untuk mendukung aktivitas operasi pertambangan. Demikian surat ini kami sampaikan. The Company's total liabilities as of 30 June 2026, increased by 67.646 to US$602, 762,902, compared to US$359,700,290 in the consolidated financial statements as of 31 December 2025. This increase was primarily driven by an increase in bank loans of US$134, 743,169 to Support funding reguirements for production and processing activities, other operational expenses following the commencement of commercial operations, and the development of the CIL facility which the construction started in late 2025. Additionally, accrued expenses increased by US$77,462,828 alongside the ongoing construction of the CIL facility. Lease liabilities also increased by US$30,766,405 due to the addition of heavy eguipment to support mining operations. Thus to be informed accordingly. Thank you for your attention and cooperation.
