Sudirman Kav. 52-53 Jakarta 12190 Dengan hormat, Dalam rangka memenuhi ketentuan Keputusan Direksi PT Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) Nomer Kep- 00066/BEI/09-2022 tentang Perubahan Peraturan Nomor I-E tentang Kewajiban Penyampaian Informasi dimana pada pasal III.1.1.1. menjelaskan bahwa Perseroan Tercatat wajib menyampaikan Laporan Keuangan secara berkala. Dan sesuai email dari BEI pada tanggal 29 April 2024 Jam 16:39 WIB yang menyampaikan sehubungan dengan adanya kendala penyampaian Laporan Keuangan Triwulan | Tahun 2024 yang berbasis XBRL, dan BEI sedang dalam pemeriksaan intensif terhadap sistem pelaporan keuangan berbasis XBRL. Sehingga BEI mengusulkan kepada Emiten secara paralel menyampaikan laporan keuangan dengan menggunakan form E019 (Form Laporan Informasi dan Fakta Material). Perseroan telah menyampaikan Laporan Keuangan Interim Perseroan untuk Kuartal Pertama pada Tahun 2024 (yang tidak diaudit) melalui e-reporting melalui system SPE-OJK & IDX-NET dengan format XBRL pada tanggal 29 April 2024 jam 22:20:33 WIB dengan status “On Progress Final Submit” dan hingga tanggal 30 April 2024 status submission tersebut masih belum berubah menjadi “Terkirim”. Untuk itu secara paralel Perseroan menyampaikan laporan keuangan dengan menggunakan form E019 (Form Laporan Informasi dan Fakta Material) sebagaimana terlampir berikut ini. Sudirman Kav. 52-53 Jakarta 12190 With due respect, Referring to decree of the Board of Directors of PT Bursa Efek Indonesia (IDX) Number Kep-00066/BEI/09- 2022 concerning amendments to regulation number I-E concerning obligations to submit information which in article III.1.1.1. explains that listed companies are reguired to submit periodically the Financial Reports. And according to an email from the IDX on 29 April 2024 at 16:39 WIB which conveyed that there were obstacles in submitting the XBRL-based Financial Statements for the first guarter of 2024, and the IDX are Under intensive examination of the XBRL-based financial reporting system. Therefore, the IDX proposes to the Issuer in parallel to submit financial reports using the E019 form (Material Information and Facts Report Form). The Company has submitted the Company's Interim Financial Report for the First Auarter of 2024 (unaudited) via e-reporting through the SPE-OJK & IDX-NET system in XBRL format on 29 April 2024 at 22:20:33 WIB with the status "On Progress Final Submit" and until 30 April 2024 the submission status has not changed to "Sent". For this reason, in parallel the Company submits financial statements using form E019 (Material Information and Facts Report Form) as attached below.
