Perseroan tidak mengetahui adanya aktifitas dari pemegang saham tertentu
sebagaimana diatur dalam Peraturan Otoritas Jasa Keuangan Nomor 11/POJK.04/2017
tentang Laporan Kepemilikan atau Setiap Perubahan Kepemilikan Saham Perusahaan
Terbuka.

5. Apakah Perseroan memiliki rencana untuk melakukan tindakan korporasi dalam waktu
dekat termasuk rencana korporasi yang akan berakibat terhadap pencatatan saham
Perseroan di Bursa (paling tidak dalam 3 bulan mendatang) ?

Penjelasan :
Saat ini Perseroan belum memiliki rencana korporasi yang akan berakibat terhadap
pencatatan saham Perseroan di Bursa.

6. Rencana Pemegang saham utama terkait dengan kepemilikan sahamnya di Perseroan.
Dalam hal ini, mohon kiranya Corporate Secretary menanyakan terlebih dahulu kepada
pemegang saham utama dalam menjawab konfirmasi tersebut.

Penjelasan :

Mengacu pada point 5 diatas, hingga saat ini Pemegang Saham Utama tidak memiliki
rencana terkait dengan kepemilikan sahamnya di Perseroan.

5. Does the Company have plans to take corporate actions in the near future including
corporate plans that will result in the listing of the Company's shares on the Exchange
(at least in the next 3 months)?

Explanation:
Currently, the Company has no corporate plan that would affect the listing of its shares
on the Stock Exchange.

6. Regarding the Main Shareholder plan on its shares in the Company, the Corporate
Secretary shall asked the Main Shareholder prior providing the confirmation answer.

Explanation:
As referred to in point 5 above, the Main Shareholder currently has no plans regarding
any changes to their share ownership in the Company.
