Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material Merujuk pada Press Release (terlampir), Perseroan
menjelaskan rencana untuk menghentikan operasional
segmen usaha kemasan fleksibel milik Perseroan. Perseroan
sendiri merencanakan penghentian operasional tersebut untuk
dilaksanakan pada Kamis, 31 Desember 2026. Untuk
selanjutnya, setelah pelaksanaan penghentian tersebut, usaha
kemasan fleksibel hanya akan dijalankan oleh anak usaha
Perseroan, PT Epac Flexibles Indonesia.
Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta Tidak terdapat dampak signifikan terhadap kegiatan
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan atau kelangsungan

Facts elaborated the plan to cease the operation of the flexible
packaging business segment of the Company. The Company
itself plans the operational discontinuation to take place on
Thursday, 31 December 2026. Afterwards, after the
implementation of such cessation, the flexible packaging
business will only be operated by the subsidiary of the
Company, PT Epac Flexibles Indonesia.
