berdampingan dengan Laporan Tahunan Perseroan. Laporan Keberlanjutan ini memuat kinerja ekonomi, sosial,
lingkungan, dan tata Kelola Perseroan yang berkaitan dengan sustainable development yang dicatat sepanjang
tahun buku 2023.
Penerbitan Laporan Keberlanjutan merupakan wujud kepatuhan Perseroan terhadap SEOJK No. 16/SEOJK.04/2021
tentang Bentuk dan Isi Laporan Tahunan Emiten atau Perusahaan Publik dalam rangka penerapan keuangan berke-
lanjutan bagi emiten dan perusahaan public sesuai POJK No. 51/POJK.03/2017 Tentang Penerapan Keuangan
Berkelanjutan Bagi Lembaga Jasa Keuangan, Emiten, dan Perusahaan Publik.
Laporan Keberlanjutan Perseroan juga mencakup pembahasan kegiatan Tanggung Jawab Sosial (Corporate Social
Responsibility/CSR) Perseroan, sebagaimana diatur pada Undang-Undang Republik Indonesia Nomor 40 tahun 2007
tentang Perseroan Terbatas serta Peraturan Pemerintah Republik Indonesia Nomor 47 Tahun 2012 tentang Tanggung
Jawab Sosial dan Lingkungan Perseroan Terbatas.
PT Semacom Integrated Tbk 2023 Fiscal Year Sustainability Report is published with the Company Annual Report.
This Sustainability Report contains the Company economic, social, environmental and governance performance relat-
edto sustainable development for the fiscal year 2023.
The issuance of the Sustainability Report is a form of the Company compliance with SEOJK No. 16 / SEOJK.04/2021
regarding the form and content of annual reports of issuers or public companies in the framework of implementing
sustainable finance for issuers and public companies in accordance with POJK No. 51 / POJK.03/2017 on the imple-
mentation of Sustainable Finance for Financial Services Institutions, issuers, and public companies.
The Company Sustainability Report also includes a discussion of the Company Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR)
activities, as stipulated in the Law of the Republic of Indonesia Number 40 of 2007 concerning Limited Liability Compa-
nies and Government Regulation of the Republic of Indonesia Number 47 of 2012 concerning Social and Environmen-
tal Responsibility of Limited Liability Companies.
