4. Dividen yang akan dibagikan tersebut akan dikenakan pajak sesuai dengan peraturan
   perpajakan/perundang-undangan yang berlaku dan khusus bagi :

  a. Pemegang Saham yang Berhak yang merupakan Wajib Pajak Dalam Negeri, dimohon agar
     menyampaikan Nomor Pokok Wajib Pajak (“NPWP”) kepada KSEI atau Biro Administrasi
     Efek Perseroan, PT Sharestar Indonesia (“SSI”) paling lambat tanggal 08 Mei 2024 pukul
     16.00 WIB.
     Jika sampai dengan tanggal tersebut KSEI atau SSI tidak menerima NPWP, maka Dividen
     yang dibagikan kepada yang bersangkutan akan dikenakan pajak yang berlaku untuk Wajib
     Pajak Dalam Negeri yang tidak mempunyai NPWP.

  b. Pemegang Saham yang Berhak yang merupakan warga negara asing dan merupakan
     Wajib Pajak Luar Negeri yang negaranya mempunyai Persetujuan Penghindaran Pajak
     Berganda (P3B) dengan Negara Republik Indonesia dan bermaksud untuk meminta agar
     pemotongan pajaknya disesuaikan dengan tarif yang tercantum dalam P3B tersebut wajib
     mematuhi ketentuan perpajakan yang berlaku di Indonesia dan menyerahkan/memenuhi
     persyaratan sebagaimana diatur dalam ketentuan yang ditetapkan oleh KSEI. Apabila
     pemegang saham yang bersangkutan tidak mematuhi ketentuan perpajakan yang berlaku
     di Indonesia sampai batas waktu yang ditetapkan oleh KSEI tersebut, maka Dividen yang
     dibagikan kepada yang bersangkutan akan dikenakan pajak yang berlaku untuk Wajib Pajak
     Luar Negeri yang negaranya tidak mempunyai P3B dengan Negara Republik Indonesia.

               SCHEDULE AND PROCEDURE OF CASH DIVIDEND DISTRIBUTION
                          FOR THE FINANCIAL YEAR OF 2023

Referring to the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders’ resolution of PT Multipolar Technology Tbk
(“the Company”) on 25 April 2024, and the Decree of the Board of Directors of Indonesian Stock
Exchange No. Kep-00023/BEI/03-2015, the Company hereby notifies to all shareholders that the
Company will distribute Cash Dividend (“Dividend”) from the Company’s net profit ended 31
December 2023, with the amount of IDR 200,625,000,000 (Two hundred billion six hundred and
twenty five million Rupiah) or IDR 107 (A hundred and seven Rupiah) per share.

The schedule and procedure of Dividend distribution for the financial year of 2023 will be as follows:

d) Procedure of Dividend Distribution
  1. This notice is an official notification from the Company and the Company does not issue a
     special notification to the Company Shareholders.

  2. Dividend will be distributed to Shareholders whose names are registered in the Register of
     Shareholders (recording date) of the Company on 08 May 2024 at 16.00 WIB (referred to as
     “Eligible Shareholder”).

  3. For Eligible Shareholders whose shares are registered in the collective custody of the
     Indonesian Securities Depository ("KSEI"), Dividend payments will be made through KSEI, and
     the Eligible Shareholders will receive payments from the relevant KSEI Account Holder.

4. Dividends to be distributed wil be taxed in accordance with the prevailing tax laws/regulations
   and specifically for :

   a. Eligible Shareholders, who are Domestic Taxpayers, are requested to submit their Taxpayer
      Number (“NPWP”) to KSEI or the Company’s Share Registrar, PT Sharestar Indonesia
      (“SSI”) no later than 08 May 2024 at 16.00 WIB.
      If KSEI or SSI does not receive the NPWP by that date, the dividends distributed to the
      Eligible Shareholders will be subject to the tax applicable to domestic taxpayers who do not
      have an NPWP.

   b. Eligible Shareholder who is a foreign national and is a Foreign Taxpayer whose country has
      a Double Taxation Avoidance Agreement (DTAA) with the Republic of Indonesia and intends
      to request that his/her withholding tax be adjusted to the rate stated in such DTAA must
      comply with the prevailing taxation provisions in Indonesia and submit/fulfill the
      requirements as stipulated in the provisions stipulated by KSEI. If the relevant shareholder
      does not comply with the applicable taxation provisions in Indonesia by the deadline set by
      KSEI, the dividends distributed to the relevant shareholder will be subject to tax applicable
      to foreign taxpayers whose country does not have a DTAA with the Republic of Indonesia
