berakhir pada tanggal 31 Desember 2024
Pertimbangan dalam memutuskan perubahan Akuntan Publik adalah sebagai berikut :
Perusahaan tidak perubahan Akuntan Publik dan Kantor Akuntan Publik. Ibu Elisabeth Imelda dan Imelda & Rekan
adalah Akuntan Publik dan Kantor Akuntan Publik yang melakukan audit terhadap laporan keuangan Perseroan untuk
tahun buku 2023.

According to the results of the General Meeting of Shareholders held on 27 March 2024 Based on: GMS Approval ,
The Company decided to use the services of a Public Accounting Firm: Imelda & Rekan with Public Accountant (Signing
Partner), namely: Mrs. Elisabeth Imelda To conduct an audit of the company's financial statements ending on 31
December 2024
The decision to change the Issuer’s Public Accountant was based on the following considerations:
The Company does not change its Public Accountant and Public Accounting Firm. Ms. Elisabeth Imelda and Imelda &
Partners are Public Accountants and Public Accounting Firms that audit the Company's financial statements for the 2023
financial year.
