Pelaksanaan Public Expose

1. Perseroan akan membatasi kehadiran fisik
Public expose hingga maksimal 70 (tujuh
puluh) Media/Wartawan, dengan mekanisme
kehadiran fisik terlebih dahulu akan lebih
berhak untuk mengikuti Rapat (first-come,
first-served).

2. Media/Wartawan yang — tidak dapat
menghadiri Public Expose secara fisik karena
telah melampaui batas/guota yang telah
terpenuhi, tetap dapat mengikuti dan
mengajukan pertanyaan dalam Public Expose
secara elektronik melalui media Zoom.

Pendaftaran kehadiran secara fisik dimulai pada pukul
13:15 WIB dan ditutup 15 menit sebelum Public Expose
dimulai

Guna pelaksanaan Public Expose yang tertib dan tepat
waktu, maka kami hanya menjawab paling banyak 3
(tiga) pertanyaan untuk setiap Media/Wartawan yang
akan dijawab. Setiap pertanyaan dan jawaban terkait
akan dibatasi selama 5 (lima) menit. Pertanyaan
maksimal dari 10 (sepuluh) Media/Media/Wartawan
yang akan dijawab. Prioritas pertama diberikan kepada
Media/Media/Wartawan yang secara fisik hadir dalam
Public Expose.

Perseroan tidak menyediakan Laporan Tahunan
termasuk materi Public Expose dalam bentuk hardcopy
maupun softcopy. Perseroan hanya menyediakan OR
Code untuk mengakses situs web Perseroan dimana
Laporan Tahunan dan materi Public Expose tersedia.

Perseroan hanya akan memberikan makanan ringan
untuk dibawa pulang. Selain itu, Perseroan tidak akan
memberikan cinderamata (token) kepada mereka yang
secara fisik menghadiri Public Expose.

Conduct of Public Expose

1. The Company will restrict physical attendance
in the Public Expose to a maximum of 70
(seventy) Media/Journalists on a first-come,
first-served basis.

2. Media/Journalists who will not be able to
physically attend the Public Expose because
the limit has been reached may still attend
and ask guestions in the Public Expose
electronically via Zoom.

Physical attendance registration starts at 01:15 PM
and closes 15 (fifteen) minutes before the Public
Expose starts.

For the orderly and timely conduct of the Public
Expose a maximum of 3 (three) guestions from
Media/Journalists will be answered. Each guestion
and the corresponding answer will be limited to 5
(five) minutes. Maximum guestions from 10 (ten)
Media/Journalists will answered. First priority shall
be given to Media/Journalists physically present in
the Public Expose

The Company does not provide copies of Annual
Reports including Public Expose material in the form
of hardcopy or softcopy. The Company will only
provide a OR Code to access the Company's website
where the Annual Report and Public Expose
materials are available.

The company will only distribute take-away snacks.
In addition, the company will not provide souvenirs
(token) to those physically attending the Public
