                      Terms and Conditions for Online Public Expose

Dalam rangka tetap mematuhi protokol kesehatan dan keselamatan. Adapun Perseroan
memfasilitasi penyelenggaraan Public Expose dengan ketentuan sebagai berikut :
In order to comply with health and safety protocols. The Company facilitates the implementation of
Public Expose with the following conditions:

   1.   Perseroan tidak mengirimkan undangan tersendiri kepada para peserta Public Expose,
        dan Perseroan akan menyampaikan tautan pendaftaran pada saat disampaikannya
        materi Public Expose kepada Bursa Efek Indonesia dan Otoritas Jasa Keuangan.
        The Company does not send separate invitations to Public Expose participants, and the
        Company will submit the registration link when the Public Expose material is submitted to
        the Indonesia Stock Exchange and the Financial Services Authority.

   2.   Hanya peserta Public Expose yang telah mendaftar yang berhak mendapat tautan
        kegiatan Public Expose.
        Only Public Expose participants who have registered are entitled to get a link to the Public
        Expose activity.

   3.   ID Meeting dan Password beserta penjelasan dan aturan pada saat pelaksanaan Public
        Expose secara online akan disampaikan melalui email setelah peserta melakukan
        pendaftaran kegiatan Public Expose.
        Meeting ID and Password along with explanations and rules during the online Public
        Expose will be delivered via email after participants register for the Public Expose activity.

   4.   Materi / Bahan Public Expose akan tersedia di website Bursa Efek Indonesia dan Website
        Perseroan paling lambat 3 (tiga) hari sebelum pelaksanaan Public Expose.
        Public Expose materials will be available on the Indonesia Stock Exchange website and
        the Company's website no later than 3 (three) days before the Public Expose.

   5.   Perseoran akan mengirimkan e-mail mengenai tata cara mengikuti Public Expose secara
        elektronik dan dibacakan kembali sebelum Public Expose dimulai.
        The Company will send an e-mail regarding the procedures for participating in the Public
        Expose electronically and read it again before the Public Expose begins.

   6.   Peserta Public Expose diharapkan dapat mengikuti kegiatan Public Expose secara online
        namun, bagi peserta Public Expose yang hadir secara fisik diwajibkan memenuhi
        ketentuan yang ditetapkan oleh pengelola gedung tempat Public Expose diadakan.
        Public Expose participants are expected to be able to take part in online Public Expose
        activities, however, Public Expose participants who are physically present must meet the
        requirements set by the manager of the building where the Public Expose is held.

   7.   Peserta Public Expose yang akan menghadiri kegiatan Public Expose Perseroan wajib
        dalam kondisi sehat.
        Public Expose participants who will take part in the Company's Public Expose activities
        must be in good health.
