Perseroan pada periode 31 Desember 2023.

Based on the Decree of the Board of Directors of the Jakarta Stock Exchange
Number. KEP-306/BEJ/07-2004 Rule Number 1-E concerning Obligation to
Submit Information Article 1Il.1.4., PT Indonesian Tobacco Tbk. (the
“Company”) submits an explanation for changes of more than 20” in the
Unaudited Interim Financial Statement for the period January 1"t, 2024 —
March 3151, 2024, with the following explanation:

The Interim Statement of Financial Position, it can be conveyed that the

Company's Total Assets and Liabilities as of March, 315! 2024 did not
change by more than 20x compared to the Company's Total Assets and

Liabilities as of December 31"t, 2023.

Total Company's Assets

The Company's Total Assets at the end of March 315t, 2024 were recorded
at Rp 595,793,757,948 while at the end of December 31"t, 2023 the Company
recorded Total Assets of Rp 560,353,325,935.

The Company's Total Assets at the end of March 315t, 2024 experienced an
increased by Rp 35,440,432,013 or an increased by 6.32” compared to the
Company's Total Assets at the end of December 3151, 2023.

The Company's Total Liabilities at the end of March 315, 2024 were
recorded at Rp 192,390,196,447 while at the end of December 315t, 2023 the
Company recorded a Total Liabilities of Rp 162,422,114,987.

The Company's Total Liabilities at the end of March 3151, 2024 increased by
Rp 29,968.081,460 or increased by 18.454 compared to the Company's
Total Liabilities in the period of December 31:t, 2023.
