Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material Pada tanggal 23 April 2024 telah dilakukan Setoran Modal dari
Perseroan kepada PT Indoplas Makmur Lestari (IML) yang
merupakan salah satu Entitas anak Perseroan, sebanyak
138.000 (Seratus Tiga Puluh Delapan) lembar saham atau
dengan nilai nominal sebesar Rp. 69.000.000.000,- (Enam
Puluh Sembilan Miliar Rupiah) telah diambil serta disetor
penuh seluruhnya oleh Peseroan, yang diperoleh dengan cara
mengambil sebagian saham portepel, sehingga susunan
Modal Ditempatkan dan Disetor menjadi sebagai berikut:
Modal Ditempatkan dan Disetor :
- Semula : Rp. 160.000.000.000,-
- Menjadi : Rp. 229.000.000.000,-
Peningkatan Setoran Modal dilakukan berdasarkan Akta
Pernyataan Keputusan Rapat Umum Pemegang Saham
Nomor 14 tanggal 23 April 2024, yang dibuat dihadapan Vivi
Novita Ranadireksa S.H., M.Kn., Notaris di Jakarta.
Adapun Peningkatan Setoran Modal tersebut sejumlah Rp.
69.000.000.000,- (Enam puluh sembilan miliar Rupiah) telah
diambil bagian serta disetor penuh seluruhnya oleh Perseroan.
Dana yang diperoleh IML akan digunakan untuk Peningkatan
Setoran Modal di Entitas Anak.
Sehingga susunan pemegang saham IML setelah
penambahan modal menjadi sebagai berikut:

Description of Material Information or On April 23, 2024, a Capital Deposit was made from the
Facts Company to PT Indoplas Makmur Lestari ("IML"), which is one
of the Company's subsidiaries, totaling 138,000 (One Hundred
and Thirty Eight) shares or with a nominal value of Rp.
69,000,000,000 (Sixty Nine Billion Rupiah) has been taken and
paid up in full by the Company, which was obtained by taking
some of the portfolio shares, so that the composition of the
Issued and Paid Up Capital is as follows:
Issued and paid-up capital:
-beginning : Rp. 160.000.000.000,-
-become : Rp. 229.000.000.000,-
The increase in Capital Deposit was carried out based on the
Deed of Statement of Decision of the General Meeting of
Shareholders Number 14 dated April 23 2024, which was
made before Vivi Novita Ranadireksa S.H., M.Kn., Notary in
Jakarta.
The increase in capital deposits is IDR. 69,000,000,000,-
(Sixty nine billion Rupiah) has been taken and paid in full by
the Company. Funds obtained by IML will be used to increase
capital deposits in subsidiaries.
So the composition of IML shareholders after increasing
capital is as follows:
