Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material Perseroan telah menandatangani perjanjian kredit dengan PT
Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk (Bank) berdasarkan Akta
Perjanjian Kredit Investasi Nomor WCO.KP/443/KI/2024 No.
16 tanggal 29 Februari 2024 dan Akta Perjanjian Kredit Modal
Kerja Nomor WCO.KP.444/KMK/2024 No. 17 tanggal 29
Februari 2024, keduanya dibuat di hadapan Julius Purnawan,
S.H., M.Si., Notaris di Jakarta (secara bersama-sama disebut
sebagai Perjanjian Kredit), dengan ketentuan Perjanjian Kredit
menjadi efektif setelah dilakukannya pengikatan jaminan dan
terpenuhinya syarat-syarat efektif lainnya.
Rincian Perjanjian Kredit adalah sebagai berikut:
1. Fasilitas kredit:
(i) Fasilitas kredit investasi dengan limit kredit sebesar Rp200.
000.000.000,- dan (ii) fasilitas kredit modal kerja dengan limit
kredit sebesar Rp100.000.000.000,-.
2. Bunga:
8% p.a.
3. Jangka waktu:
(i) 72 bulan untuk fasilitas kredit investasi dan (ii) 12 bulan
terhitung mulai tanggal penandatanganan Perjanjian Kredit
untuk fasilitas kredit modal kerja.
4. Jaminan:
a. Seluruh barang persediaan (stock) Perseroan yang
terletak di Jalan Kaliangsana, Kalijati, Subang, Jawa Barat;
b. Seluruh piutang usaha yang sekarang ada maupun
yang akan ada di kemudian hari;
c. Tanah dan Bangunan di Jalan Kaliangsana, Kalijati,
Subang, Jawa Barat;
d. Mesin dan Peralatan Perseroan; dan

Description of Material Information or The Company has signed a credit agreement with PT Bank
Facts Mandiri (Persero) Tbk ("Bank") based on the Deed of
Investment Credit Agreement Number WCO.KP/443/KI/2024
No. 16 dated February 29, 2024 and Deed of Working Capital
Credit Agreement Number WCO. KP.444/KMK/2024 No. 17
dated February 29, 2024, both made before Julius Purnawan,
S.H., M.Si., Notary in Jakarta (collectively referred to as the
"Credit Agreement"), provided that the Credit Agreement
becomes effective upon the binding of the guarantee and the
fulfillment of other effective conditions.
Details of the Credit Agreement are as follows:
1. Credit facilities:
(i) Investment credit facility with a credit limit of Rp200,
000,000,000,- and (ii) working capital credit facility with a credit
limit of Rp100,000,000,000,-.
2. Interest:
8% p.a.
3. Timeframe:
(i) 72 months for the investment credit facility and (ii) 12
months from the date of signing of the Credit Agreement for
the working capital credit facility.
4. Warranty:
a. All of the Company's stock is located on Jalan
Kaliangsana, Kalijati, Subang, West Java;
b. All existing and future trade receivables;
c. Land and Building on Jalan Kaliangsana, Kalijati, Subang,
West Java;
d. Machinery and Equipment of the Company; and
