                 Eid Al-Fitr Victory: Momentum to Improve
                         Performance and Gratitude
Jakarta, 23 April 2024 - PT Elnusa Tbk (Elnusa, IDX:ELSA), a subsidiary of PT Pertamina Hulu Energi (PHE) which is part of the Pertamina
Upstream Subholding, held a Halalbihalal activity as a form of gratitude through Idul Fitri which was full of meaning for all Elnusa officers
. Halalbihalal is used as a momentum to celebrate victory after worshiping in the month of Ramadan. Apart from that, it is also to
strengthen the family relationship between Elnusa Group officers and management. Through this event, it is hoped that it can improve
human relations and increase the Company's productivity.

Reflecting on the achievements made in the previous year, Elnusa succeeded in recording satisfactory achievements in 2023. Elnusa
Commissioner Wakhid Hasyim, in his speech expressed the hope of continuing this positive trend until the first quarter of 2024 and even
until the end of 2024. "We believe that by "With high commitment and discipline from all officers, Elnusa will be able to achieve even
more brilliant performance in the future," said Wakhid.

Meanwhile, Elnusa President Director Bachtiar Soeria Atmadja also expressed his gratitude to all Elnusa officers who have served with
full dedication during the months of Ramadan and Eid al-Fitr, ensuring the company's operations run smoothly in supporting national
energy security. The highest appreciation was expressed for the dedication of Officer Elnusa, even though he had to be physically
separated from his family, he still maintained enthusiasm and commitment in carrying out his duties.

Bachtiar also expressed his appreciation to the Elnusa Officer's family who had provided support and prayers while carrying out their
duties. "We are grateful to the officer's family who have been a pillar of support in carrying out their duties. The prayers and enthusiasm
of the family are our main capital in facing every challenge," said Bachtiar.

In closing, Bachtiar invited all Elnusa officers to forget all mistakes and shortcomings of the past, and start a new chapter with full
gratitude for the blessings they have been given. "Hopefully the good things we do during the month of Ramadan improve our morals
not only for now, but also for a better future," he added.

On this occasion, Officer Elnusa also received a spiritual shower from KH. Ridwan Shahdu about the importance of maintaining a clean
Qalbu/Heart which can support us all in carrying out our work with trust. With high enthusiasm, Elnusa together with all Elnusa Group
officers are committed to continuing to work and make positive contributions to the nation and state.
