Dunia Ibu DR. Hj. BRA. Mooryati Soedibyo, selaku Founder
Perseroan, Warga Negara Indonesia, pada usia 96 tahun (5
Januari 1928 - 24 April 2024).
Maka kami informasikan lebih lanjut bahwa kegiatan usaha
dan kegiatan operasional Perseroan sehari-hari akan tetap
berjalan sebagaimana biasanya.
Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta Bahwa selain dari pada informasi yang telah kami ungkapkan
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan diatas, pada saat ini tidak terdapat kejadian, informasi atau
operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan, fakta material lainnya yang tidak kami ungkapkan sehubungan
atau kelangsungan usaha Emiten atau dengan informasi diatas.

conveys the disclosure of information that on Wednesday,
April 24 2024 at around 01.00 WIB in the morning, Mrs. DR.
Hj. BRA. Mooryati Soedibyo, as Founder of the Company,
Indonesian citizen, has passed away at aged 96 years (5
January 1928 - 24 April 2024).
Therefore, we further inform you that the Company's daily
business activities and operational activities will continue as
usual.
Impact of event, material information or That apart from the information that we have disclosed above,
facts towards Issuers or Public at this time there are no events, information or other material
