Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material Berlina Pte. Ltd. ("BS") adalah entitas anak PT Berlina Tbk
("Perseroan") dengan kepemilikan 100% yang berkedudukan
di Singapura.
Pendirian BS. didaftarkan pada Accounting and Corporate
Regulatory Authority Singapore ("ACRA") pada tanggal 20
Januari 2009, dengan kegiatan utama di industri kemasan
plastik.
Sampai dengan 30 Juni 2023, BS belum beroperasi secara
komersial dan Perseroan mengajukan penutupan usaha pada
ACRA. Proses pengajuan penutupan ini telah dinyatakan pada
Laporan Keuangan Q3-2023 dan Laporan Keuangan Tahunan
2023.
Perseroan menerima konfirmasi dari ACRA bahwa Berlina Pte
Ltd telah dihapuskan dari daftar Perusahaan melalui surat
ACRA tertanggal 8 April 2024, No. 200901243Z yang diterima
pada tanggal 15 April 2024.
Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta 1. Tidak ada dampak secara operasional, hukum,
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan kondisi keuangan, ataupun kelangsungan usaha Perseroan.

Description of Material Information or Berlina Pte. Ltd. ("BS") is a subsidiary of PT Berlina Tbk ("the
Facts Company") with 100% ownership domiciled in Singapore.
Establishment of Berlina Pte. Ltd. was registered by the
Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority Singapore
("ACRA") on January 20, 2009, with the main activity in the
plastic packaging industry.
As of June 30 2023, BS has not yet commercially in operation,
therefore the Company has proposed business permit closure
under ACRA. This closing application process has been stated
in the Q3-2023 Financial Report and the 2023 Annual
Financial Report.
The Company received confirmation from ACRA that Berlina
Pte Ltd has been struck off from the register through ACRA's
letter dated April 8, 2024, No. 200901243Z, which was
received by April 15, 2024.
Impact of event, material information or 1. There is no operational, legal, financial condition or
facts towards Issuers or Public business continuity impact to the Company.
