“at, Tower SP & BERSAMA AN croup IV. MANAGEMENT DISCUSSION AND ANALYSIS A. Estimated Decline in the Company”s Revenue Due to the Implementation of the Company's Shares Buyback and the Impact to the Company's Financing Costs The Company will use internal cash as a funding source for the Company's shares buyback. Assuming the entire shares buyback is fully executed at total Rp.800,800,000,000 (eight hundred billion and eight hundred million Rupiah), the Company's assets and eguity will decrease. However, the Company is confident that the implementation of the share buyback transaction will not have a materially negative impact on the Company's business activities, considering the Company has adeguate working capital and cash flow to finance the transaction alongside the Company's business activities. Furthermore, the share buyback will not result in a decrease in the Company's revenue. B.
