pengunduran diri dari anggota Dewan Komisaris tertanggal 22
April 2024, atas nama Bapak Ipung Kurnia dari jabatannya
sebagai Komisaris.
Selanjutnya untuk memenuhi 33/POJK.04/2014, permohonan
pengunduran diri dari anggota Dewan Komisaris, yaitu

Integration Tbk. (the Company) conveys information disclosure
that the Company has received the resignation from a member
of the Board of Commissioners dated April 22, 2024, on behalf
of Mr Ipung Kurnia from his position as Commissioner.
Furthermore, to comply with 33/POJK.04/2014, the resignation
of a member of the Board of Commissioners, namely the
Commissioner, will be decided at the nearest General Meeting
of Shareholders of the Company.
