PENGUMUMAN PENUNDAAN
RAPAT UMUM PEMEGANG SAHAM TAHUNAN

(“PERSEROAN”)
Merujuk pada pemanggilan Rapat Umum Pemegang Saham Tahunan (“Rapat”) PT
Hoffmen Cleanindo Tbk (“Perseroan”) tertanggal 5 April 2024 yang telah disampaikan
kepada Otoritas Jasa Keuangan dan sebagaimana telah dimuat dalam situs web Bursa Efek
Indonesia, situs Web Perseroan dan situs web PT Kustodian Sentral Efek Indonesia,
dengan ini diberitahukan kepada para Pemegang Saham (“Pemegang Saham”) bahwa:
Referring to the summons for the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (“Meeting”) of
PT Hoffmen Cleanindo Tbk (“Company”) dated April 5, 2024 which has been submitted to
the Financial Services Authority and as published on the Indonesia Stock Exchange website,
the Company’s website and the website of PT Kustodian Sentral Efek Indonesia, its hereby
notified to the Shareholders, that:
Rapat yang semula dijadwalkan akan diselenggarakan pada hari Jumat, 3 Mei 2024
ditunda hingga 7 Juni 2024.
The Meeting initially scheduled to be held on Friday, May 3, 2024 was postponed to June
7, 2024.
Penyelenggaraan (termasuk antara lain Pengumuman dan Pemanggilan) Rapat Perseroan
akan dilakukan sesuai dengan ketentuan Anggaran Dasar Perseroan dan peraturan
perundang-undangan yang berlaku.
The implementation (including among Announcement and Summons) of the Company
Meeting will be conducted in accordance with the provisions of the Company Articles of
Association and applicable laws and regulations.
