       Demonstrate Stability of Company Prospects: ELNUSA
              Receives idAA Rating from PEFINDO
Jakarta, 19 April 2024 - PT Elnusa Tbk (Elnusa, IDX:ELSA), a subsidiary of PT Pertamina Hulu Energi (PHE) which is part of
the Pertamina Upstream Subholding, has succeeded in maintaining its idAA/stable rating of
PT Pemeringkat Efek Indonesia (PEFINDO). PEFINDO has also affirmed the idAA(sy) rating for the Sustainable Sukuk Ijarah
I/2020. This ranking period is valid from April 5 2024 to April 1 2025.

This confirms the Company's stable prospects, strong position in the oil and gas (oil and gas) supporting services industry,
and strong business diversification as well as a solid financial profile. This rating reflects the strong synergy between Elnusa
and the Pertamina Group, and shows the rating party's trust in the Company's consistency and reliability in meeting its
long-term financial commitments.

This achievement was decided after a series of Rating Monitoring of Sustainable Sukuk Ijarah and several assessment stages
consisting of filling out questionnaires, submitting the latest data and information as well as long-term financial projections
for 2024-2028. Also within the framework of this assessment, PEFINDO conducted a Site Visit at the Elnusa Work Location,
to directly see and assess the company's operating conditions, this year it was carried out at its subsidiary, PT Elnusa Petrofin
(EPN), namely at TBBM Manggis, Bali on March 7 2024. The end of the assessment process was marked by a management
meeting between the Elnusa Board of Directors and the PEFINDO Team.

Elnusa has a good reputation in the integrated upstream oil and gas services sector, upstream oil and gas supporting
services, and logistics and distribution services related to the downstream oil and gas sector. At the end of December 2023,
Pertamina Hulu Energi (PHE) as the main shareholder, Elnusa continues to strengthen its position as a major player in the
oil and gas industry in Indonesia.
