Program Kepemilikan Saham, bersama ini kami sampaikan
informasi rencana Tahap I Window Exercise I Tahun 2024
Periode Pelaksanaan Program MESOP Perseroan sebagai
berikut:
1. Periode Pelaksanaan
Periode pelaksanaan Tahun 2024 akan berlangsung selama
30 hari bursa sejak tanggal 1 Mei 2024 sampai dengan
tanggal 20 Juni 2024.
2. Harga Pelaksanaan
Harga pelaksanaan yang telah ditetapkan sebelumnya adalah
Rp750,- (tujuh ratus lima puluh Rupiah) per saham.
2. Jumlah Opsi
Jumlah opsi yang dapat dikonversi untuk periode ini adalah
sebanyak-banyaknya sejumlah 240.000.000 (dua ratus empat
puluh juta) lembar saham.

Description of Material Information or Referring to the Circular Letter of the Indonesia Stock
Facts Exchange No. SE-00002/BEI/03-2020 regarding Procedures
for the Implementation of the Share Ownership Program, we
hereby convey information on the plan for Phase I Window
Exercise I of 2024 Implementation Period of the Companys
MESOP Program as follows:
1. Implementation Period
The implementation period of 2024 will last for 30 trading days
from 1 May 2024 to 20 June 2024.
2. Execution Price
The pre-determine exercise price is Rp750,- (seven hundred
fifty Rupiah) per share.
3. Option Numbers
The amount of convertible options for this period is a maximum
of 240,000,000 (two hundred forty million) shares.
