        a. Progress dan timeline terkini pengembangan fasilitas perakitan KBLBB/Progress and

        b. Informasi terkini mengenai rencana pembelian lahan dengan luas sekitar 10 ha di
           mana rencana dilakukan pada kuartal IV tahun 2023 namun berdasarkan
           laporan keuangan per 31 Desember 2023 belum melakukan pengakuan pembelian
           lahan baru tahun 2023. Apabila terdapat perkembangan rencana pembelian lahan agar
           dijelaskan pihak penjualan, hubungan Perseroan dengan penjual dan lokasi lahan
           tersebut/Latest information regarding the plan to purchase land approximately 10
           hectares in size, which is planned to be conducted on the fourth quarter of 2023, but based
           on the financial statements as of 31 December 2023 no recognition of new land purchases

 a. Proyek pengembangan fasilitas perakitan KBLBB telah dilakukan sebagai berikut:/The
    KBLBB assembly facility development project has been executed as follows:

    1. Design telah diselesaikan pada bulan November 2023 – January 2024/Design has
       been completed in November 2023 – January 2024.
    2. Kick-off proyek telah dilakukan pada bulan Januari 2024/Kick-off project was
       conducted in January 2024.
    3. Groundbreaking telah dilakukan pada bulan Februari 2024/Groundbreaking has
       been done in February 2024.

    Progres saat ini untuk pengerjaan fasilitas perakitan KBLBB yang berada di Magelang
    sudah mencapai 7,8%. Dibawah ini adalah timeline untuk pembangunan fasilitas
    perakitan KBLBB yang berada di Magelang./The following is the current progress for the
    KBLBB assembly facility in Magelang, which has reached 7.8%. Below is the timeline for
    the construction of the KBLBB assembly facility in Magelang.

b. Lahan Magelang 10Ha yang tadinya akan digunakan untuk pengembangan pabrik tidak
   bisa dilakukan dikarenakan lahan tersebut masuk kedalam lahan sawah yang dilindungi
   (LSD), dibawah ini adalah area dari lokasi lahan tersebut./The 10 ha of Magelang land
   that was going to be used for factory development could not be utilized because the land
   was included in Lahan Sawah yang Dilindungi (LSD), below is the area of the land location.




    Berkaitan dengan rencana pembuatan pabrik untuk perakitan KBLBB yang mencakup
    heavy mobility (bus & truk), akan menggunakan combined line dan berlokasi dalam satu
    area produksi. Maka diputuskan untuk menggunakan fasilitas produksi yang berlokasi
    di lahan milik CV Tri Sakti seluas 4,05 ha di Jl. Raya Magelang Purworejo KM 10, Desa
    Tempurejo, Kecamatan Tempuran, Kabupaten Magelang, Provinsi Jawa Tengah. Dana
    untuk pembelian lahan 10 Ha akan dialokasikan untuk melengkapi fasilitas pabrik
    tersebut, dengan peralatan seperti infrastruktur, tooling, equipment, dan alat testing
    penunjang untuk perakitan KBLBB di lokasi lahan milik CV Tri Sakti seluas 4,05 ha
    tersebut./In accordance with the plan to build a factory for the assembly of KBLBB which
    includes heavy mobility (bus & truck), it will use a combined line and be located in one
    production area. Thus, it was decided to use the production facility located on 4.05 ha of
    land owned by CV Tri Sakti on Jl. Raya Magelang Purworejo KM 10, Tempurejo Village,
    Tempuran District, Magelang Regency, Central Java Province. Funds for the purchase of 10
    Ha land will be allocated to complete the factory facilities, with equipment such as
    infrastructure, tooling, equipment, and testing tools supporting the assembly of KBLBB at
    the location of CV Tri Sakti's 4.05 ha land.

c. Perseroan menunda pengembangan fasilitas produksi sepeda motor listrik dikarenakan
   Perseroan fokus pada penjualan dan produksi KBLBB niaga. Sebagian besar anggaran
   yang semula akan digunakan untuk pengembangan fasilitas produksi sepeda motor
   listrik akan dialokasikan untuk pembangunan fasilitas produksi bus & truk listrik yang
   berada di Magelang. Perseroan tetap melakukan pengembangan desain sepeda motor
   listrik sebagai prototype./The Company postponed the development of an electric

     commercial KBLBB. Most of the budget that was originally going to be used for the
     development of electric motorcycle production facilities will be allocated for the
     construction of electric bus & truck production facilities located in Magelang. The Company
     continues to develop the electric motorcycle design as a prototype.

d. Riset dan pengembangan prototype untuk konversi kendaraan berbahan bakar fosil
   menjadi KBLBB sesuai perjanjian kerja sama antara Equipmake Holdings Limited Plc,
   Transjakarta, dan Perseroan saat ini masih dilakukan untuk mendapatkan desain,
   teknologi, dan biaya yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan./Research and development of
   prototypes for the conversion of fossil fuel vehicles to KBLBB in accordance with the
   cooperation agreement between Equipmake Holdings Limited Plc, Transjakarta, and the
   Company is currently being carried out to obtain designs, technologies, and costs that are
   in accordance with the needs.

e. Saat ini Perseroan masih dalam proses untuk penyediaan prototype KBLBB niaga
   dengan mempertimbangkan kebutuhan tipe KBLBB niaga yang diperlukan
   pasar./Currently, the Company is still in the process of providing a prototype of commercial
   KBLBB by considering the needs of the type of commercial KBLBB required by the market.

f.   Riset dan pengembangan yang dilakukan bersama Politeknik Elektronika Negeri
     Surabaya (PENS) saat ini dalam proses pengembangan Vehicle Operating System (VOS).
     Hal ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan kendaraan berbasis perangkat lunak yang
     mampu merevolusi industri otomotif, menawarkan tingkat konektivitas, kecerdasan
     buatan, dan kendaraan nir-awak yang handal. Saat ini kerjasama dengan PENS telah
     menghasilkan 14 hak paten bersama yang menunjukkan dedikasi Perseroan dalam
     mendorong inovasi di bidang kendaraan listrik. Hak paten tersebut mencakup berbagai
     aspek mobilitas listrik, mulai dari solusi retrofit untuk sepeda motor hingga sistem
     manajemen armada cerdas terkini./Research and development conducted with Politeknik
     Elektronika Negeri Surabaya (PENS) is currently in the process of developing a Vehicle
     Operating System (VOS). It aims to develop a software-based vehicle capable of
     revolutionizing the automotive industry, offering reliable connectivity, artificial
     intelligence and autonomous vehicle. Currently, the collaboration with PENS has resulted
     in 14 joint patents that demonstrate the Company's dedication to driving innovation in the
     field of electric vehicles. The patents cover various aspects of electric mobility, from retrofit
     solutions for motorcycles to the Company's latest intelligent fleet management system.

g. Riset dan Pengembangan yang dilakukan bersama dengan Universitas Negeri Sebelas
   Maret (UNS) telah mencapai tahap penyempurnaan efisiensi baterai berbasis Nickel
   Manganese Cobalt 811 (NMC 811) dengan kapasitas 174mAh/g. Saat ini Perseroan telah
   melakukan pengembangan mulai dari proses pengolahan bahan baku baterai -
   pengolahan material aktif katoda - pembuatan baterai sel - dan pengujian terhadap
   baterai sel guna optimalisasi terhadap formulasi katoda yang berfokus pada
   karakteristik nikel, yaitu energi densitas yang tinggi dan mampu untuk memberikan
   siklus >2.000 dan akan dikaji terkait keamanan dalam penggunaan baterai berbasis
   Nikel. Selama pengembangan produk baterai ini dijalankan, Perseroan telah memproses
   hak paten baterai pack NMC811 dengan judul “Proses Pembuatan Material Aktif
   Elektroda Positif Kaya Nikel Untuk Baterai Ion Litium.” dengan nomor pendaftaran
   S00202314118 kepada Lembaga Direktorat Jenderal Kekayaan Intelektual Kementerian

           Sebelas Maret (UNS) has reached the stage of improving the efficiency of Nickel Manganese
           Cobalt 811 (NMC 811) based batteries with a capacity of 174mAh/g. Currently the
           Company has carried out development starting from the processing of battery raw
           materials - processing of active cathode material - making cell batteries - and testing cell
           batteries for optimization of cathode formulations that focus on nickel characteristics,
           namely high energy density and being able to provide >2,000 cycles and will be studied
           regarding safety in the use of Nickel-based batteries. During the development of this
           battery product, the Company has processed the NMC811 battery pack patent entitled
           "Process of Making Nickel-Rich Positive Electrode Active Material for Lithium Ion Battery."
           with registration number S00202314118 to the Directorate General of Intellectual
           Property of the Ministry of Law & Human Rights of the Republic of Indonesia (DJKI).
    3. Kendala dan latar belakang belum dilakukannya realisasi penyertaan modal Entitas Anak –
       PT Bakrie Autoparts, yang akan digunakan untuk kepentingan pengembangan usaha yang
       dapat mendukung kegiatan usaha Perseroan/Constraints and background for the unrealized
       capital injection into the Subsidiary - PT Bakrie Autoparts, which will be used for business
       development purposes that can support the Company's business activities.

       Perseroan sedang dalam tahap diskusi intensif untuk menyusun sebuah rencana usaha
       yang sustainable dan profitable serta dapat diterima oleh semua pihak yang terlibat./The
       Company is in intensive discussions to develop a sustainable and profitable business plan
       that is acceptable to all parties involved.
    4. Penjelasan secara rinci realisasi modal kerja serta akun-akun yang berdampak pada laporan
