Description of Material The Company has received a resignation notice from Mr Toh Shi Jie
Information or Facts from his position as President Director of the Company, through the
letter dated on 16 April 2024.
Furthermore, the said resignation will be conveyed to obtain the
resolution at the General Meeting of Shareholders in accordance with
prevailing regulations.
