Menanggapi Surat PT Bursa Efek Indonesia Nomor: S-10929/BEI.PP3/08-2026 tentang Permintaan
penjelasan atas volatilitas transaksi efek, bersama ini kami atas nama PT Indokripto Koin Semesta Tbk
(Perseroan) menyampaikan tanggapan sebagai berikut.
In response to the letter from the Indonesia Stock Exchange Number: S-10929/BEI.PP3/08-2026
regarding the request for an explanation on the volatility of the Company’s share transactions, PT
Indokripto Koin Semesta Tbk (“the Company”) hereby submits the following response.
1. Apakah Perseroan mengetahui adanya informasi atau fakta material yang dapat
mempengaruhi nilai efek perusahaan atau keputusan investasi pemodal
sebagaimana diatur dalam Peraturan Otoritas Jasa Keuangan Nomor
31/POJK.04/2015 Tentang Keterbukaan Informasi Atau Fakta Material Oleh Emiten
Atau Perusahaan Publik?
Jawaban / Answer:
Perseroan tidak mengetahui adanya informasi atau fakta material yang dapat mempengaruhi
nilai efek perusahaan atau keputusan investasi pemodal sesuai dengan Peraturan Otoritas
Jasa Keuangan Nomor 31/POJK.04/2015 Tentang Keterbukaan Informasi Atau Fakta Material
Oleh Emiten Atau Perusahaan Publik khususnya Pasal 6 butir (cc) mengenai Informasi dan
Fakta Material lainnya. Namun demikian, Perseroan terdapat beberapa perkembangan yang
terjadi pada periode yang sama, antara lain:
1. Adanya kenaikan harga aset kripto di pasar global maupun domestik. Salah satu
indikasinya terlihat pada periode 17–26 Agustus 2026 dengan cut off jam 12:00 WIB,
ketika harga Bitcoin meningkat sekitar 24% dari level US$62.864 menjadi US$78.185
dan Indeks CFX10 menguat sekitar 30% dari posisi 715 menjadi 933. Penguatan

sejumlah indikator utama industri tersebut mungkin turut mendorong peningkatan
perhatian dan antusiasme pelaku pasar terhadap saham COIN.
2. Perseroan juga berpartisipasi dalam gelaran Coinfest Asia 2026 di Bali pada 20–21
Agustus 2026 sesuai dengan siaran pers Perseroan yang disampaikan kepada
masyarakat pada 24 Agustus 2026.
Kehadiran COIN sebagai upaya dalam mendorong pertumbuhan ekosistem yang
berkelanjutan, sekaligus melengkapi keberhasilan rangkaian acara Perusahaan
Anak, yakni Bursa Kripto PT Central Finansial X (CFX) dan PT Kustodian Koin
Indonesia (ICC), yang menggelar CFX Seaside Mixer dan CFX Cryptalk Vol 2.0.
The Company does not have any material information or facts that may affect the value of the
Company’s securities or investors’ investment decisions, as referred to under Financial
Services Authority Regulation No. 31/POJK.04/2015 concerning Disclosure of Material
Information or Facts by Issuers or Public Companies, particularly Article 6 point (cc) regarding
other Material Information and Facts. However, during the same period, the following
developments occurred:
1. Increase in crypto asset prices in global and domestic markets. One indication can be
observed during the period from 17 to 26 August 2026, based on data as of 12:00 PM
WIB on 26 August 2026, when the price of Bitcoin increased by approximately 24%,
from US$62,864 to US$78,185, while the CFX10 Index rose by approximately 30%,
from 715 to 933. The strengthening of these key industry indicators may have
contributed to increased market attention and investor interest in COIN shares.
2. The Company’s participation in Coinfest Asia 2026. The Company participated in
Coinfest Asia 2026 in Bali on 20–21 August 2026, as disclosed in the Company’s
press release made available to the public on 24 August 2026.
COIN’s participation formed part of the Company’s efforts to promote the sustainable
growth of the ecosystem, while complementing the successful series of events
organized by its subsidiaries, namely crypto asset exchange PT Central Finansial X
(CFX) and PT Kustodian Koin Indonesia (ICC), which hosted the CFX Seaside Mixer
and CFX Cryptalk Vol. 2.0.
2. Apakah Perseroan mengetahui adanya informasi atau fakta material yang dapat
mempengaruhi harga Efek Perusahaan Tercatat dan/atau keputusan investasi
pemodal sebagaimana diatur dalam ketentuan III.2.1. Peraturan Nomor I-E Lampiran
Keputusan Direksi PT Bursa Efek Indonesia Nomor: Kep-00087/BEI/12-2025?
Jawaban / Answer:
Perseroan tidak mengetahui adanya informasi atau fakta material yang dapat
mempengaruhi harga Efek Perusahaan Tercatat dan/atau keputusan investasi pemodal
sebagaimana diatur dalam ketentuan III.2.1. Peraturan Nomor I-E Lampiran Keputusan
Direksi PT Bursa Efek Indonesia Nomor: Kep-00087/BEI/12-2025. Namun demikian,
terdapat beberapa perkembangan yang terjadi pada periode yang sama, antara lain:

The Company does not have any material information or facts that may affect the price of the
Listed Company’s Securities and/or investors’ investment decisions, as stipulated under
provision III.2.1 of Rule No. I-E, Appendix to the Decree of the Board of Directors of PT Bursa
Efek Indonesia No. Kep-00087/BEI/12-2025. However, during the same period, the following
developments occurred:
1. Increase in crypto asset prices in global and domestic markets. One indication can be
observed during the period from 17 to 26 August 2026, based on data as of 12:00 PM

Perseroan tidak mengetahui adanya informasi mengenai adanya aktivitas dari pemegang
saham tertentu sebagaimana diatur dalam Peraturan Otoritas Jasa Keuangan Nomor 4 Tahun
2024 tentang Laporan Kepemilikan atau Setiap Perubahan Kepemilikan Saham Perusahaan
Terbuka dan Laporan Aktivitas Menjaminkan Saham Perusahaan Terbuka
The Company does not have any information on activities conducted by certain shareholders
as referred to in the Financial Services Authority Regulation (Peraturan Otoritas Jasa
Keuangan) No. 4 of 2024 concerning Reports on Share Ownership or Any Changes in Share
Ownership of Public Companies and Reports on Activities Involving the Pledging of Shares of
Public Companies.
4. Apakah Perseroan memiliki rencana untuk melakukan tindakan korporasi dalam
waktu dekat, termasuk rencana korporasi yang akan berakibat terhadap pencatatan
saham Perseroan di Bursa (paling tidak dalam 3 bulan mendatang)?
Jawaban / Answer:
Perseroan belum memiliki rencana untuk melakukan tindakan korporasi dalam waktu dekat,
termasuk rencana korporasi yang akan berakibat terhadap pencatatan saham Perseroan di
Bursa (paling tidak dalam 3 bulan mendatang).
Perseroan akan menyampaikan keterbukaan informasi sesuai dengan ketentuan peraturan
perundang-undangan yang berlaku apabila terdapat rencana aksi korporasi yang dapat
berdampak terhadap pencatatan saham Perseroan di Bursa Efek Indonesia di kemudian hari.
The Company currently has no plan to undertake any corporate actions in the near future,
including any corporate actions that may affect the listing of the Company’s shares on the
Exchange (at least within the next 3 months).
The Company shall disclose information in accordance with the prevailing laws and
regulations should there be any planned corporate actions in the future that may affect the
listing of the Company’s shares on the Indonesia Stock Exchange.
5. Informasi/fakta/kejadian penting lainnya yang material dan dapat mempengaruhi
harga efek Perseroan serta kelangsungan hidup Perseroan yang belum diungkapkan
kepada publik

As of the date of this letter, the Company is not aware of any other material
information/facts/events that may affect the price of the Company’s securities and the
continuity of the Company’s business operations which have not yet been disclosed to the
public.
6. Rencana pengendali dan/atau pemegang saham utama terkait dengan kepemilikan
sahamnya di Perseroan. Dalam hal ini, mohon kiranya Corporate Secretary
menanyakan terlebih dahulu kepada pengendali dan/atau pemegang saham utama
dalam menjawab konfirmasi tersebut.

Sampai dengan tanggal surat ini, Perseroan belum memiliki informasi lebih lanjut atas
rencana pemegang saham utama terkait dengan kepemilikan sahamnya di Perseroan,
mengingat pihak-pihak tersebut masih merupakan pihak pengendali Perseroan.
As of the date of this letter, the Company has not received any further information regarding
the plans of the major shareholders in relation to their share ownership in the Company,
considering that such parties remain the controlling shareholders of the Company.
