Facts in accordance with Article 6 point (m) POJK 31/2015.
3. Uraian Informasi atau Fakta | Dengan ini kami sampaikan bahwa Perseroan telah
Material
melaksanakan pelunasan pokok serta pembayaran
pendapatan bagi hasil Sukuk dengan rincian sebagai berikut:
1. Nilai Sukuk
Jumlah Sukuk yang jatuh tempo pada tanggal 27 Agustus
2026 tersebut terdiri dari:
a. pokok Sukuk sebesar Rp651.680.000.000 (enam
ratus lima puluh satu miliar enam ratus delapan
puluh juta Rupiah): dan
b. pendapatan bagi hasil keempat Sukuk sebesar
Rp13.169.366.667 (tiga belas miliar seratus enam
puluh sembilan juta tiga ratus enam puluh enam ribu
enam ratus enam puluh tujuh Rupiah).
2. Jumlah Pelunasan Pokok serta Pembayaran Pendapatan
Bagi Hasil Sukuk
Jumlah pelunasan pokok dan pembayaran pendapatan
bagi hasil keempat Sukuk adalah sebesar
Rp664.849.366.667 (enam ratus enam puluh empat
miliar delapan ratus empat puluh sembilan juta tiga
ratus enam puluh enam ribu enam ratus enam puluh
tujuh Rupiah). Perseroan telah melakukan penyetoran
dana kepada PT Kustodian Sentral Efek Indonesia (Agen
Pembayaran yang telah ditunjuk oleh Perseroan) pada
tanggal 26 Agustus 2026 yang akan dibayarkan oleh PT
Kustodian Sentral Efek Indonesia kepada para pemegang
Sukuk pada tanggal 27 Agustus 2026.

Sumber Pendanaan Sumber pendanaan yang digunakan oleh Perseroan untuk melunasi pokok dan membayar pendapatan bagi hasil keempat Sukuk berasal dari dana yang diperoleh oleh Perseroan dari kas internal Perseroan. 4. Tujuan Transaksi Tujuan transaksi ini adalah untuk memenuhi kewajiban Perseroan dalam melakukan pelunasan pokok serta pembayaran pendapatan bagi hasil Sukuk yang telah jatuh tempo, sebagai bagian dari pengelolaan liabilitas dan pemenuhan komitmen kepada para pemegang Sukuk. We hereby inform that the Company has completed the repayment of the principal and the payment of the profit sharing income of Sukuk, with the details as follows: Amount of Sukuk: The total amount of Sukuk that matured on 27 August 2026 consist of the following composition: a. principal amount of Sukuk in the amount of Rp651,680,000,000 (six hundred fifty-one billion six hundred eighty million Rupiah): and b. fourth Sukuk's profit sharing income in the amount of Rp13,169,366,667 (thirteen billion one hundred sixty- nine million three hundred sixty-six thousand six hundred sixty-seven Rupiah). 2. Total of Principal Repayment and Profit Sharing Income Payment of Sukuk The total repayment of the principal and the payment of the fourth profit sharing income of Sukuk is Rp664,849,366,667 (six hundred sixty-four billion eight hundred forty-nine million three hundred sixty-six thousand six hundred sixty-seven Rupiah). The Company has made a deposit of funds to PT Kustodian Sentral Efek Indonesia (Paying Agent appointed by the Company) on 26 August 2026 which will be transferred by PT Kustodian Sentral Efek Indonesia to the Sukuk holders on 27 August 2026. 3. Source of Fund The fund utilized by the Company to repay the principal and pay the fourth profit sharing income of Sukuk was derived from the fund received by the Company from the Company's internal cash. 4. The Purpose of the Transaction The purpose of this transaction is to fulfill the Company's obligations to repay the principal and profit sharing income payment of Sukuk that have matured, as part of the Company's liability management and its commitment to the Sukuk holders.
