Jenis Informasi atau Fakta | Pelunasan Pokok serta Pembayaran Bunga Keempat atas Material Obligasi Berkelanjutan I Merdeka Battery Materials Tahap II Tahun 2025 Seri A (“Obligasi”) termasuk dalam kategori Informasi atau Fakta Material berdasarkan Pasal 6 butir (m) POJK 31/2015. Type of Material Information | Repayment of the Principal and the Payment of the Fourth or Facts | Interest of Shelf Registration of Bonds 1 Merdeka Battery Materials Phase II Year 2025 Series A (“Bonds”) is categorized as Material Information or Facts in accordance with Article 6 point (m) POJK 31/2015. 3. Uraian Informasi atau Fakta | Dengan ini kami sampaikan bahwa Perseroan telah Material melaksanakan pelunasan pokok serta pembayaran bunga Obligasi dengan rincian sebagai berikut: 1. Nilai Obligasi Jumlah Obligasi yang jatuh tempo pada tanggal 27 Agustus 2026 tersebut terdiri dari: a. pokok Obligasi sebesar Rp984.066.000.000 (sembilan ratus delapan puluh empat miliar enam puluh enam juta Rupiah): dan b. bunga keempat Obligasi sebesar Rp19.886.340.311 (sembilan belas miliar delapan ratus delapan puluh enam juta tiga ratus empat puluh ribu tiga ratus sebelas Rupiah). 2. Jumlah Pelunasan Pokok serta Pembayaran Bunga Obligasi Jumlah pelunasan pokok serta pembayaran bunga keempat Obligasi adalah sebesar Rp1.003.952.340.311 (satu triliun tiga miliar sembilan ratus lima puluh dua juta tiga ratus empat puluh ribu tiga ratus sebelas Rupiah). Perseroan telah melakukan penyetoran dana kepada PT Kustodian Sentral Efek Indonesia (Agen Pembayaran yang telah ditunjuk oleh Perseroan) pada tanggal 26 Agustus 2026 yang akan dibayarkan oleh PT Kustodian Sentral Efek Indonesia kepada para pemegang Obligasi pada tanggal 27 Agustus 2026. 3. Sumber Pendanaan Sumber pendanaan yang digunakan oleh Perseroan untuk melunasi pokok serta membayar bunga keempat Obligasi berasal dari dana yang diperoleh oleh Perseroan dari hasil penerbitan Obligasi Berkelanjutan I Merdeka

Tujuan Transaksi Tujuan transaksi ini adalah untuk memenuhi kewajiban Perseroan dalam melakukan pelunasan pokok serta pembayaran bunga Obligasi yang telah jatuh tempo, sebagai bagian dari pengelolaan liabilitas dan pemenuhan komitmen kepada para pemegang Obligasi. We hereby inform that the Company has completed the repayment of the principal and the payment of the interest of Bonds, with the details as follows: 1. Amount of Bonds: The total amount of Bonds that matured on 27 August 2026 consist of the following composition: a. principal amount of Bonds in the amount of Rp984,066,000,000 (nine hundred eighty-four billion sixty-six million Rupiah): and b. fourth Bonds' interest in the amount of Rp19,886,340,311 (nineteen billion eight hundred eighty-six million three hundred forty thousand three hundred eleven Rupiah). 2. Total of Principal Repayment and Interest Payment of Bonds The total repayment of the principal and the payment of the fourth interest of the Bonds is Rp1,003,952,340,311 (one trillion three billion nine hundred fifty-two million three hundred forty thousand three hundred eleven Rupiah). The Company has made a deposit of funds to PT Kustodian Sentral Efek Indonesia (Paying Agent appointed by the Company) on 26 August 2026 which will be transferred by PT Kustodian Sentral Efek Indonesia to the Bondholders on 27 August 2026. 3. Source of Fund The fund utilized by the Company to repay the principal and pay the fourth interest of Bonds was derived from the fund received by the Company from the result of the issuance of Shelf Registration of Bonds I Merdeka Battery Materials Phase IV Year 2026 and the Company's internal cash. 4 The Purpose of the Transaction The purpose of this transaction is to fulfill the Company's obligations to repay the principal and interest paymentof the Bonds that have matured, as part of the Company's liabilitpy management and its commitment to the Bondholders.
