NTBE bergerak di bidang usaha penyediaan tenaga listrik dan merupakan tindak lanjut dari penandatanganan Perjanjian Jual Beli Listrik antara konsorsium Perseroan dan PT PLN Nusantara Power dengan PLN Batam sehubungan dengan Penyedia Listrik Tenaga Surya Terapung Tembesi 46 MWp yang telah dilaporkan oleh Perseroan ke OJK dan diumumkan kepada masyarakat pada tanggal 15 Februari 2024. Komposisi kepemilikan NTBE adalah BTS memiliki 51/o saham dan PLN NR memiliki 4945 saham. Pendirian NTBE tersebut telah dinyatakan dalam Akta Pendirian No. 3 tertanggal 4 April 2024 yang dibuat di hadapan Mina Ng, S.H., SPN., M.KN., Notaris di Jakarta Selatan dan telah mendapatkan pengesahan sebagai badan hukum oleh Menteri Hukum dan Hak Asasi Manusia Republik Indonesia melalui Surat Keputusan No. AHU- 0026059.AH.01.01.Tahun 2024 tertanggal 4 April 2024. Tidak ada hubungan afiliasi antara Perseroan dan BTS dengan PLN NR. On 4 April 2024, one of the Company's directly and indirectly wholly-owned (10046) subsidiary, namely PT Batam Tirta Surya (“BTS”), have established a joint venture company with PT PLN Nusantara Renewables (“PLN NR”) namely PT Nusantara Tembesi Baru Energi ((NTBE”). NTBE'S line of business is to provide electricity and as a follow up to execution of Power Purchase Agreement between consortium of the Company and PT PLN Nusantara Power with PLN Batam for Tembesi's Floating Solar Photovoltaic Power Plant 46 MWp which has been reported by the Company to OJK and publicly published on 15 February 2024.
