Sampai dengan saat ini, Perseroan tidak
mengetahui adanya aktivitas dari
pemegang saham tertentu sebagaimana

Laporan Kepemilikan atau Setiap
Perubahan Kepemilikan Saham
Perusahaan Terbuka.

5. Apakah Perseroan memiliki rencana
untuk melakukan tindakan korporasi
dalam waktu dekat, termasuk rencana
korporasi yang akan berakibat terhadap
pencatatan saham Perseroan di Bursa
(paling tidak dalam 3 bulan
mendatang)?

Tanggapan:

Sampai dengan saat ini, Perseroan
belum memiliki — rencana — untuk
melakukan tindakan korporasi dalam
waktu dekat, termasuk rencana
korporasi yang akan berakibat terhadap
pencatatan saham Perseroan di Bursa.

6. Apakah terdapat rencana pemegang
saham utama terkait dengan
kepemilikan sahamnya di Perseroan?
Dalam hal ini, mohon kiranya Corporate
Secretary menanyakan terlebih dahulu
kepada pemegang saham utama dalam
menjawab konfirmasi tersebut

Tangggapan:

Berdasarkan keterangan dari pemegang
saham utama Perseroan, tidak terdapat
rencana perubahan terkait kepemilikan
saham di Perseroan.

action plans in the near future, including

listing of the Company's shares on the
Stock Exchange (at least in the next 3
months)?

Response:

As of now, the Company does not have
any corporate action plan in the near
future which will result in the listing of
Company's share in Stock Exchange.

Are there any plans by the majority
shareholders regarding their share
ownership in the Company? In this case,
the Corporate Secretary shall ask to the
majority shareholders prior to responding
to the confirmation

Response:
Based on information from the majority
shareholder of the Company, there is no
plan to change share ownership in the
Company.
