dimiliki tidak langsung oleh Perseroan sebesar 99,96% yaitu
PT Golden Harvest Cocoa Indonesia ("PT GHCI") mendapat
surat/relaas panggilan sidang untuk menghadap pada
persidangan perkara No. 99/Pdt.Sus-
PKPU/2024/PN.Niaga.Jkt.Pst, untuk menghadiri sidang
tanggal 18 April 2024 di Pengadilan Niaga pada Pengadilan
Jakarta Pusat ("Permohonan PKPU").
Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta PT GHCI mendapatkan panggilan sidang menghadap dalam
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan perkara PKPU di Pengadilan Negeri Jakarta Pusat.
