31/POJK.04/2015 concerning Disclosure of Material Fact Information by Issuers or Public Companies ("POJK 31/2015")
In order to comply with the provisions of Article 9 letter a of Financial Services Authority Regulation no. 33/POJK.04/2014
concerning the Board of Directors and Board of Commissioners of Issuers or Public Companies ("POJK 33/2014), the
Company hereby conveys information disclosure that on April 5, 2024, the Company has received a letter of resignation
from Mr. Leong Seng Keat as Commissioner of the Company.
In connection with the resignation, the Company will hold a General Meeting of Shareholders no later than 90 days after
receipt of the resignation request letter.
