Sudirman Kav. 52-53 Jakarta 12190 U.p: Kepala Divisi Penilaian Perusahaan 3 Jakarta, 5 April 2024 Perihal: Penjelasan atas volatilitas transaksi efek Re: Explanation of securities transaction volatility Dengan hormat, Merujuk pada surat dari Bursa Efek Indonesia nomor S-03345/BEI.PP3/04- 2024 tanggal 04 April 2024 perihal permintaan penjelasan atas volatilitas transaksi efek PT Millennium Pharmacon International Tbk (SDPC) yaitu pada tanggal 03 April 2024 telah terjadi peningkatan aktivitas dan harga saham SDPC sebagai berikut: 1. Aktivitas transaksi meningkat menjadi sebanyak 12.662.600 saham dengan frekuensi 4.316 kali dibandingkan hari bursa sebelumnya sebanyak 172.100 saham dengan frekuensi 66 kali. 2. Harga ditutup meningkat sebesar Rp2 atau 1,3896 dari harga penutupan hari bursa sebelumnya pada Rp145 menjadi Rp147. 3. IHSG menurun sebesar -70,14 poin dan indeks sektoral (Consumer Non- Cyelicals) menurun sebesar -4,71 poin. Dear Sirs, Reffering to the letter from the IDX No S-03345/BEI.PP3/04-2024 dated 04 April 2024 regarding the reguest for explanation regarding the volatility of PT Millennium Pharmacon International Tbk (SDPC) securities transactions, which is on 03 April 2024 there has been an increase in activity and prices SDPC Shares as follows: I. Transaction activity increased to 12.662.600 shares with a freguency of 4.316times compared to the previous trading day of 172.100 shares with a Jreguency of 66 times. 2. The price closed has increased by IDR2 or 1.3846 from the previous trading day's closing price of IDR 145 to IDR 147. 3.
