atas pemenuhan kewajiban MEG dalam perjanjian tersebut.

material tersebut terhadap kegiatan tersebut terhadap kegiatan operasional, hukum, kondisi

Description of Material Information or Deed of Guarantee and Indemnity between the Company and
Facts Shell International Eastern Trading Company Pte. Ltd
(SIETCO), in relation to the advance payment of the crude
sales transaction, for the benefit of Medco Energi Global Pte.
Ltd. (MEG), a wholly-owned subsidiary owned by the
Company.
In relation to the advance payment of the crude oil sales
transaction, provided by SIETCO in the maximum amount of
USD 200,000,000 (two hundred million United States Dollars)
to MEG, the Company provides guarantee and indemnity on
the obligation performance of MEG in such agreement.
