No. Kep-00066/BEI1/09-2022 about Stock
Exchange Regulation Number I-E regarding
Obligation to Submit The Information
(Provisions IILI.1.4) if based on the Audited
Financial Statements there was a change of
more than 2046 in Total Assets and Total
Liabilities compared to the previous Annual
Audited Financial Statemenits, together with
the submission of the Audited Financial
Statements referred to, the Company is
reguired to submit a written explanation of
the causes of changes more than 20469 in
Total Assets and Total Liabilities.
In accordance with PT Humpuss Maritim
Internasional Tbk. ("The Company") and its
Subsidiaries Annual Consolidated Financial
Statements as of December 31, 2023, we can
say that there has been a change of more
than 2046 in the Total Assets and Total
Liabilities compared to the 2022 Financial
Statements of the Company and its
Subsidiaries as follows:.
The Company's Total Asset Posts as of 31
December 2023 were recorded at
US$271.732.498, an increase of
US$57.579.825 or 2746 compared to 2022 of

tahun 2022 sebesar US$214.152.673. Kenaikan ini terutama disebabkan oleh kenaikan Kas dan setara kas, Piutang Usaha, Piutang Usaha lainnya, Piutang kepada pihak berelasi dan Aset hak guna. Total Pos Kewajiban Perseroan per tanggal 31 Desember 2023 tercatat sebesar US$106.759.224, naik sebesar US$30.537.934 atau 40Yo dibandingkan tahun 2022 sebesar US$76.221.290. Kenaikan ini terutama disebabkan oleh kenaikan Utang usaha, Pinjaman Bank dan Liabilitas sewa. Demikian kami sampaikan. Atas perhatiannya, kami sampaikan terima kasih.
