Dimana sesuai Pasal 23 Peraturan Otoritas Jasa Keuangan Republik Indonesia No. 29 Tahun 2023 tanggal 29 Desember 2023 tentang Pembelian Kembali Saham Yang Dikeluarkan oleh Perusahaan — Terbuka, — disebutkan — bahwa pengalihan saham yang dilakukan dengan cara dijual baik di Bursa Efek maupun di luar Bursa Efek tidak dapat dilaksanakan dalam kurun waktu bersamaan dengan masa pembelian kembali saham. Therefore, the Company will only be able to sell treasury shares resulting from the 2021 — 2022 buyback period after the Buyback Year 2024 has been completed. 5.
