Commitment to Strengthen HSSE Aspects: Elnusa
Holds Supreme Audit Preparation Kick Off
Jakarta, 5 April 2024 - PT Elnusa Tbk (Elnusa, IDX:ELSA), a subsidiary of Pertamina Hulu Energi which is part of
the Pertamina Upstream Subholding, continues to be committed to strengthening the HSSE Management
System aspect by holding a Kick Off for Preparation for the SUPREME (Sustainability Pertamina Expectations For
HSSE) audit Management Excellence) which will be implemented in October 2024. This activity was attended by
all Elnusa Directors and all Elnusa Management from various related functions.
SUPREME is a management system that integrates structured and systematic HSSE practices at the corporate,
directorate, operating unit and Pertamina subsidiary levels. The aim is to ensure that these HSSE practices
contribute to overall business sustainability. Elnusa's participation in the 2024 SUPREME Audit is the third time
that Elnusa has participated, which was previously carried out in 2020 and 2022.
President Director of Elnusa Bachtiar Soeria Atmadja in his speech said, "In the previous SUPREME Audit, Elnusa
was considered quite good at managing risk, however. "Elnusa must continue to improve the quality of risk
management with continuous improvements," said Bachtiar.
Bachtiar believes that there is still a lot of room for improvement for Elnusa so that good HSSE practices can
contribute to risk control and maintain overall business sustainability.
"I hope that all the HSSE efforts and programs implemented can build a stronger safety culture in the Elnusa
Group environment that is of higher quality and can prevent even the smallest incidents from occurring in our
work environment. "Let's make SUPREME a tool to reflect on the extent of Elnusa's maturity level in managing
risks and managing HSSE aspects," concluded Bachtiar.
