Material Fact 3 Uraian Informasi atau Fakta | Merujuk pada Pasal 9 Peraturan Otoritas Jasa Keuangan No. Material 33/POJK.04/2014 tentang Direksi dan Dewan Komisaris Emiten atau Perusahaan Publik (POJK 33/2014), dengan ini kami sampaikan bahwa PT Global Sukses Solusi Tbk (“Perseroan”) telah menerima surat pengunduran diri Bapak Nizar sebagai Direktur Perseroan melalui surat tertanggal 4 April 2024. Bapak Nizar diangkat sebagai Direktur pada PT Jamkrida Banten yang merupakan lembaga jasa keuangan daerah pada tanggal 28 Maret 2024, sehubungan dengan hal tersebut diharapkan komunikasi antara Bapak Nizar dengan Perseroan dapat terjaga dan dapat memberikan kontribusi yang baik secara tidak langsung kepada Perseroan khususnya dalam hal pengembangan bisnis Perseroan. Furthermore, to comply with Article 8 paragraph (3) POJK 33/2014, the resignation of Mr Nizar from his position as Director of the Company will be resolved at the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholder (EGM). Mr. Nizar has been appointed as the Director of PT Jamkrida Banten which is a regional financial services institution on March 28, 2024. In connection with this, it is expected that communication between Mr. Nizar and the Company can be maintained and can indirectly contribute positively to the Company, especially in terms of the Company's business.
