 Elnusa Secures Dual ESG Recognition, Reinforcing Commitment to Transparency
                    and Sustainable Emissions Performance
Jakarta, May 4, 2026 – PT Elnusa Tbk (Elnusa), a subsidiary of PT Pertamina Hulu Energi under Pertamina’s Upstream Subholding, has once
again strengthened its credibility in the Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) arena through measurable and transparent sustainability
performance achievements.

At The Best Corporate Emission Reduction Transparency Awards 2026, organized by Investortrust.id on April 30, Elnusa received awards in
the categories of Green Achievement in Emission Reduction and Ruby Achievement in Emission Transparency. This recognition underscores
Elnusa’s position as an energy services company that consistently integrates ESG principles into its business strategy and operations.

These achievements reflect two key aspects currently prioritized by investors: disciplined and transparent reporting, as well as tangible
execution in emissions reduction. Elnusa not only ensures verified disclosure of emissions data but also demonstrates measurable progress
through various energy efficiency initiatives and operational optimization programs.

Elnusa’s Corporate Secretary, Rustam Aji, stated that the awards serve as validation of the Company’s strategic approach in managing
sustainability risks and opportunities. “ESG is not merely a matter of compliance for us, but an integral part of long-term value creation.
Transparency and disciplined emissions management form the foundation for maintaining investor trust and business sustainability,” said Rustam.

In terms of performance, in 2025 Elnusa set an emissions reduction target of 1,100 tons of CO₂e in its ESG roadmap. The realization exceeded
expectations, reaching 3,079.41 tons of CO₂e, or 280% of the target, reflecting the effectiveness of its consistently implemented
decarbonization programs across all operational lines.

This achievement was driven by the implementation of various strategic initiatives, including energy efficiency measures, optimization of fuel
consumption, and adoption of more environmentally friendly technologies. These efforts also align with the Company’s objective to enhance
operational cost efficiency while strengthening competitiveness amid the evolving energy industry landscape.

The awards are granted to companies that demonstrate tangible emissions reduction performance while maintaining high-quality, transparent,
and verified reporting, as part of their contribution to national and global decarbonization agendas.

Looking ahead, Elnusa will continue to strengthen ESG integration within its growth strategy, focusing on low-emission operational innovations,
enhanced governance practices, and sustainable value creation for investors and all stakeholders.
