                                        NOTIFICATION
                                      TO SHAREHOLDERS

        We herewith notify the Shareholders of PT Intiland Development Tbk (“Company”)
        that the Company will hold an Annual General Meeting of Shareholders
        (“Meeting”) in Jakarta on June 10, 2026.

        Pursuant to Article 10 paragraph 3 of the Company’s Articles of Association and
        Article 52 paragraph 1 of the Financial Services Authority No. 15/POJK.04/2020 an
        invitation to attend the meeting will be published in the Company’s website, the
        KSEI’s website, and Indonesia Stock Exchange’s website on May 19, 2026.

        Rightful claimant to attend or be represented in the Meeting are :
        1. For the shares of the Company which are not yet registered in KSEI Collective
            Custody, are Shareholders or proxy of the Company, registered in the Register
            of Shareholders on May 18, 2026 at 16.00 Western Indonesian Time; and

        2.   For the shares of the Company which are registered in KSEI Collective Custody
             are Shareholders or proxy of the Company, registered in the Register of
             Shareholders on May 18, 2026 at 16.00 Western Indonesia Time published by
             KSEI.

        Shareholders’ proposals will be included in the Agenda of the Meeting if the
        proposals duly meet the provision in Article 9 paragraph 7 of the Company’s Articles
        of Association and must be received by the Board of Directors or Board of
        Commissioner at least 7 (seven) days before the date of invitation of the Meetings.
