Logindo Samudramakmur Tbk saat ini sedang dalam proses refinancing/ restructuring atas hutang - hutang dengan pihak Bank UOB - Singapura dan DBS - Singapura, yang mana seluruh hutang tersebut akan jatuh tempo pada bulan Juni 2024. Saat ini laporan keuangan Logindo sedang dalam proses audit dan baru dapat diselesaikan setelah proses refinancing/restukturisasi hutang - hutang ini selesai. Kami terus mengupayakan agar proses ini dapat segera diselesaikan dalam bulan April 2024 ini. Uraian Informasi/ Fakta Material Perseroan belum dapat menyelesaikan Laporan Audit Keuangan Desember 2023. Material Facts
PT Logindo Samudramakmur Tbk is currently in the process of
refinancing/restructuring its debts with UOB Bank - Singapore and DBS
Bank - Singapore, all of which will mature in June 2024. Logindo's
financial statements are currently under audit and will be finalized upon
completion of the debt refinancing/ restructuring process. We continue to
strive for this process to be completed within April 2024.
Impact of the event
The Company has not been able to complete the December 2023
Financial Audit Report.
