ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING OF SHAREHOLDERS
PT RAMAYANA LESTARI SENTOSA TBK
(“the Company”)

Itis hereby announced to the shareholders of the Company that on Friday, May 17, 2024 the
Company will hold the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (hereinafter referred to as
”Meeting”).

Pursuant to the Company's Articles of Association Article 10 verse 3 and the Financial Services
Authority Regulation Number 15/POJK.04/2020 regarding to the Planning and Implementation of the
General Meeting of Shareholders of Public Company (hereinafter referred to as "POJK”), Notice of
the Meeting will be announced through website of Indonesian Stock Exchange (IDX), website of PT

Kustodian Sentral Efek Indonesia (KSEI), and website of the Company on Thursday, April 25, 2024.

The Shareholders who are entitled to attend or to be represented in the Meeting are those whose
names are registered in the Shareholders Register of the Company as of April 24, 2024 at 16.00
Western Indonesia Time.

The Shareholders may submit proposals to agenda of the Meeting only if the proposals comply with
the provisions on Article 16 of the POJK, and have to be received by the Board of Directors at least
7 (seven) days prior to the date of the Meeting Notice.

The Company urges shareholders to grant power of attorney Electronic General Meeting System
facility provided by KSEI (eASY.KSEI), as an electronic authorization mechanism (e-proxy) in the

process of holding the Meeting.
