Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material Dalam rangka memenuhi ketentuan Peraturan BEI No. I-E
pada butir III.1.1.7 tentang penyampaian penjelasan dalam hal
Laporan Keuangan Auditan Perusahaan Tercatat memperoleh
opini Wajar Dengan Pengecualian dari Akuntan Publik,
bersama ini disampaikan penjelasan atas hal yang
dikualifikasikan oleh Akuntan Publik.
Grup, melalui Entitas Anak, PT Bakrie Pangripta Loka (BPL)
dan Perum Perumnas melakukan Perjanjian Kerjasama atas
ventura bersama KSO Perum Perumnas - PT Bakrie Pangripta
Loka (KSO PP-BPL). Pada tanggal 31 Desember 2023 dan
2022, investasi Grup pada ventura bersama KSO PP-BPL,
melalui BPL, Entitas Anak, tidak dapat mengakui bagian atas
laba rugi sesuai dengan metode ekuitas karena laporan
keuangan KSO PP-BPL yang telah diaudit tidak tersedia.
Oleh karena itu Auditor tidak dapat melaksanakan prosedur
audit untuk menentukan apakah diperlukan penyesuaian untuk
mengakui bagian BPL atas laba rugi selama tahun berjalan.
Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta Disampaikan juga bahwa hal tersebut tidak mempengaruhi
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan kinerja keuangan Perseroan.

Explanation of Opinion for the 2023 Annual Financial Report of
Type of Material Information or Facts PT Bakrieland Development Tbk
Description of Material Information or In order to comply with the provisions of BEI Regulation no. I-E
Facts in point III.1.1.7 concerning the submission of explanations in
the event that the Audited Financial Report of a Listed
Company obtains a Qualified Opinion from the Public
Accountant, is hereby provided an explanation of the matters
that are qualified by the Public Accountant.
The Group, through its Subsidiaries, PT Bakrie Pangripta Loka
(BPL) and Perum Perumnas entered into a Cooperation
Agreement on the joint venture KSO Perum Perumnas - PT
Bakrie Pangripta Loka (KSO PP-BPL). As of December 31,
2023 and 2022, the Group's investment in the KSO PP-BPL
joint venture, through BPL, a Subsidiary, cannot recognize its
share of profit or loss according to the equity method because
the audited financial statements of KSO PP-BPL are not
available.
Therefore, the Auditor cannot carry out audit procedures to
determine whether adjustments are required to recognize the
BPL portion of profit or loss during the year.
Impact of event, material information or It was also stated that this did not affect the Company's
facts towards Issuers or Public financial performance.
