Melalui surat ini diberitahukan bahwa Delta Dunia Makmur Pte. Ltd.
(“DOID SG”), anak perusahaan yang 10096 sahamnya dimiliki oleh
Perseroan, telah melakukan peningkatan modal dengan menerbitkan
saham baru sejumlah 10.000.000 (sepuluh juta) saham dengan nilai
nominal sebesar USD10.000.000 (sepuluh juta Dolar Amerika Serikat).
Penerbitan saham baru tersebut seluruhnya diambil oleh PT Bukit
Makmur Mandiri Utama (“BUMA”), anak perusahaan yang 99,994
sahamnya dimiliki oleh Perseroan (“Peningkatan Modal”).

Sehingga setelah Peningkatan Modal tersebut, komposisi pemegang
saham DOID SG berubah menjadi sebagai berikut:

- Perseroan: 10096 - BUMA: 86,2196

- Perseroan: 13,794

Through this letter, we hereby informed that Delta Dunia Makmur Pte.
Ltd. (“DOID SG”), a subsidiary whose 1005 of its shares owned by the
Company, has increased its paid-up capital by issuing 10,000,000 (ten
million) new shares with ad nominal value of USD10,000,000 (ten
million United States Dollars). The issuance of new shares was entirely
taken up by PT Bukit Makmur Mandiri Utama ("BUMA"), a subsidiary
whose 99.994 of its shares owned by the Company (the "Capital
Increase").

So, after the Capital Increase, the shareholders composition of DOID
SG changed to the following:
