OF THE ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING OF SHAREHOLDERS
PT ARGO PANTES Tbk.
(the “Company”)
Domiciled in South Jakarta
The Board of Directors of PT Argo Pantes Tbk (the “Company') hereby notifies the
Shareholders that the Company will convene an Annual General Meeting of
Shareholders (the “Meeting”) on Wednesday, June 10, 2026.
Pursuant to the provisions of the Company's Articles of Association juncto Financial
Services Authority Regulation (POJK) No. 15/POJK.04/2020 on the Planning and
Holding of General Meetings of Shareholders of Public Companies, and POJK No.
14 of 2025 on Electronic General Meetings of Shareholders, General Meetings of
Bondholders, and General Meetings of Sukukhoiders:
a. The Notice of Meeting to Shareholders and the Meeting Agenda will be
announced through the website of the Indonesian Central Securities
Depository (“KSEI”), the Indonesia Stock Exchange website, and the
Company's website on Tuesday, May 19, 2026:
b. Shareholders entitled to attend or be represented at the Meeting are those
whose names are recorded in the Company's Register of Shareholders or in
accordance with the securities account balances in the collective custody of
KSEI on Monday, May 18, 2026, by 16:00 WIB:
Cc. Shareholders may propose Meeting Agenda items: such proposals, along with
supporting explanations, must be submitted via registered mail and received
by the Board of Directors no laterthan 7 (seven) days prior to the Notice of
Meeting date, specifically during business hours on Friday, May 8, 2026, and
0. The Company encourages Shareholders to grant their proxies electronically
("e-Proxy”) through the eASY.KSEI facility. This e-Proxy facility is available
fo Shareholders entitled to attend the Meeting from the date of the Notice of
Meeting until one day prior to the Meeting date, namely Tuesday, June 9,
2026, at 12:00 WIB.
