                                                ANNOUNCEMENT OF
                                  THE ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING OF SHAREHOLDERS
                                       OF PT. MULTI BINTANG INDONESIA TBK

  It is hereby announced to the shareholders of PT. Multi Bintang Indonesia Tbk, domiciled in South Jakarta
  and having its address at Talavera Office Park, Lt. 20, Jl. Letjen TB Simatupang Kav. 22-26, Jakarta Selatan
  (the “Company”) that the Company will convene an Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (“AGMOS”)
  in Jakarta on Wednesday, 10 June 2026.

  The notices for such AGMOS will be made by publishing it in the website of KSEI, the website of IDX and
  the website of the Company on 19 May 2026.

  The shareholders who are entitled to attend the AGMOS shall be those shareholders of the Company
  whose names are validly registered in the Register of Shareholders of the Company on 18 May 2026 at
  04:00 pm West Indonesia Time or their lawful attorney.

  The shareholders of the Company who represent at least 1/20 (one twentieth) of the total number of
  shares with legal voting rights issued by the Company shall be entitled to propose agenda items to be
  included in the agenda items of the AGMOS, provided that such proposal meet the requirements in
  paragraph 21.5 of Article 21 of the Articles of Association of the Company, namely such proposal:
  (i)   is submitted in good faith;
  (ii) considers the interest of the Company;
  (iii) the proposed agenda items need a decision of a GMOS;
  (iv) include reasons and materials of the proposed agenda items, and
  (v) do not conflict with the prevailing rules and legislations.

  The proposed agenda items should have been received by the Board of Directors of the Company at least
  7 (seven) days prior to the date of notices for the AGMOS.
