PEMBERITAHUAN KEPADA PEMEGANG WARAN TERSTRUKTUR
PENERBITAN KE – 33
TANGGAL PENCATATAN: 02 April 2026
PERHATIAN, dengan ini diberitahukan bahwa, sesuai dengan Ketentuan yang diatur dalam Prospektus dan Term
Sheet yang mengatur syarat dan ketentuan Waran Terstruktur (“WT”), WT akan berakhir pada Tanggal
Pelaksanaan.
Mohon diingat bahwa WT adalah Call Waran pembayaran tunai yang memberi hak atas Jumlah Penyelesaian
Tunai (sebagaimana didefinisikan dalam Bagian 3 di bawah) jika Jumlah Penyelesaian Tunai positif, sesuai dengan
syarat dan ketentuan WT.
WT AKAN DILAKSANAKAN SECARA OTOMATIS PADA TANGGAL PELAKSANAAN SEPERTI YANG
DITETAPKAN PADA BAGIAN 4 DI BAWAH INI. OLEH KARENA ITU, WT AKAN DI DELISTING DARI DAFTAR
RESMI EFEK BURSA BERLAKU SEJAK TANGGAL DAN WAKTU SEPERTI YANG DITETAPKAN PADA
BAGIAN 1 DI BAWAH INI.
Pemegang WT disarankan untuk membaca prosedur sebagaimana diatur di bawah ini dengan hati-hati dan
seksama:
1. PENGHENTIAN PERDAGANGAN, HARI PERDAGANGAN TERAKHIR, TRANSFER DAN DELISTING:
Tanggal dan Waktu Perdagangan Terakhir : Rabu, 09 September 2026 pukul 16.00 wib
Tanggal dan Waktu Penghentian Perdagangan : Efektif sejak Kamis, 10 September 2026
sampai dengan tanggal jatuh tempo.
Tanggal Pelaksanaan : Senin, 14 September 2026 pukul 09.00 wib
Tanggal dan Waktu Delisting : Selasa, 15 September 2026 pukul 09.00 wib

3. JENIS PENYELESAIAN
Penyelesaian hanya dilakukan secara Tunai.
Penerbit, jika tidak ada peristiwa gangguan penyelesaian, dalam waktu tiga (3) Hari Bursa sejak Tanggal
Pelaksanaan atau jangka waktu lain yang ditentukan oleh otoritas terkait, membayar kepada Pemegang yang
bersangkutan, Jumlah Penyelesaian Tunai yang dihitung sebagai ditetapkan di bawah ini:

Dalam hal Jumlah Penyelesaian Tunai sama dengan atau kurang dari nol pada Tanggal Pelaksanaan, maka
WT akan berakhir pada Tanggal Pelaksanaan, tidak berlaku lagi dan kewajiban Penerbit sehubungan dengan
WT akan berakhir sepenuhnya. Pemegang tidak diwajibkan untuk membayar atau menambah Biaya
Pelaksanaan dalam hal Jumlah Penyelesaian Tunai kurang dari nol.
4. PELAKSANAAN OTOMATIS
Pada Tanggal Pelaksanaan, WT akan diperlakukan sebagai berikut:
a. jika Jumlah Penyelesaian Tunai positif, semua WT akan dilaksanakan secara otomatis (tanpa
pemberitahuan pelaksanaan yang disampaikan oleh Pemegang dan tanpa pemberitahuan pelaksanaan
otomatis yang diberikan oleh Penerbit kepada Pemegang); atau
b. jika Jumlah Penyelesaian Tunai adalah nol (0) atau negatif, semua WT akan segera berakhir pada pukul
09.00 wib pada Tanggal Pelaksanaan dan setelahnya dan berhenti berlaku untuk tujuan apa pun, dan
semua kewajiban Penerbit sehubungan dengan WT akan berakhir sepenuhnya.
Dalam hal tidak terjadi peristiwa gangguan penyelesaian, pada Hari Bursa ke-3 (tiga) sejak Tanggal
Pelaksanaan atau jangka waktu lainnya sebagaimana ditetapkan oleh Bursa Efek atau otoritas lainnya yang
relevan, KSEI akan melakukan pendistribusian dana yang telah diterima dari KPEI ke rekening partisipan
sebagai pemegang Waran Terstruktur sesuai dengan ketentuan di KSEI.

NOTICE TO HOLDERS RELATING TO THE EXPIRY OF THE STRUCTURED WARRANT
T-33 ISSUANCE
LISTING DATE: 2nd April 2026
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT, pursuant to the Conditions stipulated in the Prospectus and Term Sheet
governing the terms and conditions of the Structured Warrant (“SW”), the SW will expire on the Expiry Date.
You should note that the SW are cash-settled Call Warrants which entitle you to the Cash Settlement Amount (as
defined in Section 3 below) if the Cash Settlement Amount is positive, in accordance with the terms and conditions
of the SW.
SW WILL BE AUTOMATICALLY EXERCISED ON THE EXPIRY DATE AS SET OUT IN SECTION 4 BELOW.
ACCORDINGLY, THE SW WILL BE REMOVED FROM THE OFFICIAL LIST OF BURSA SECURITIES WITH
EFFECT FROM THE DATE AND TIME AS SET OUT IN SECTION 1 BELOW.
Holders are therefore advised to carefully read the procedures as set out below:
1. SUSPENSION OF TRADING, LAST DAY FOR TRADING, TRANSFER AND DELISTING
Last date and time of trading of SW : Wednesday, 9th September 2026 at 16.00 wib.
Date and time of suspension of SW : With effect from Thursday, 10th September 2026
up to the Expiry Date.
Date and time the SW expire (“Expiry Date”) : Monday, 14th September 2026 at 09.00 wib.
Date and time of delisting of SW : Tuesday, 15th September 2026 at 09.00 wib.

3. MODE OF SETTLEMENT
Cash settlement only.
The Issuer shall in the absence of a settlement disruption event, within three (3) Market Days from the Expiry
Date or such other period as may be prescribed by the relevant authority, pay to the relevant Holder, the Cash
Settlement Amount which shall be calculated as set out below:

In the event that the Cash Settlement Amount is equal to or less than zero on the Expiry Date, the SW shall
terminate on the Expiry Date and cease to be valid and the Issuer’s obligations in respect of the SW shall
terminate absolutely. The Holder shall not be required to pay or top-up in the event that the Cash Settlement
Amount is less than zero.
4. AUTOMATIC EXERCISE
On Expiry Date, the SW shall be treated in the following manner:
a. if the Cash Settlement Amount is positive, all SW shall be automatically exercised (without any exercise
notice being delivered by the Holders and without notice of automatic exercise being given by the Issuer
to the Holders); or
b. if the Cash Settlement Amount is zero (0) or negative, all SW will expire immediately at 09.00 wib on the
Expiry Date and thereafter lapse and cease to be valid for any purpose, and all obligations of the Issuer
in respect of the SW shall terminate absolutely.
In the event that there is no settlement disturbance event, on the 3rd (third) Market Day from the Execution
Date or other period as determined by the Stock Exchange or other relevant authorities, KSEI will distribute
the funds received from KPEI to the participants' accounts as holders Structured Warrants in accordance with
the provisions in KSEI.
