Berdasarkan ketentuan yang tercantum dalam Kode Etik, Perseroan melarang keras insan Perseroan untuk
melakukan tindakan yang terkait korupsi, kolusi, dan nepotisme (KKN). Selain ditujukan kepada Perseroan,
karyawan harus menghindar dalam penerimaan penghargaan atau hadiah dalam bentuk uang, voucher,
barang, jasa, dan hiburan dan hal lainnya, yang diberikan oleh pihak lain atas peran dan statusnya sebagai
karyawan Perseroan. Dalam hal pemberian diberikan dalam bentuk makanan/parsel, hadiah tersebut wajib

as workers in the Companys factories. This is in accordance with its policy regarding the requirement
that employees must be at least 18 years of age. The Company is also committed to preventing
forced labor practices. This is demonstrated through the establishment of Company Regulations, one of
which specifies clear working hours for all employees.

The Company has established a policy regarding the nomination of members of the Board of
Commissioners and the Board of Directors, aimed at ensuring the continuity of the leadership succession
process within the Company in order to maintain business sustainability and the Companys long term
objectives. The nomination process for members of the Board of Commissioners and the Board of Directors
is conducted by the Nomination and Remuneration Committee. The Nomination
and Remuneration Committee is responsible for determining criteria and identifying candidates,reviewing
and approving nominations in accordance with the established criteria. In carrying out this process, the
Committee considers the candidates track record, age, experience, capabilities, and other relevant
factors
.

In accordance with the provisions set forth in the Code of Ethics, the Company strictly prohibits its
employees from
engaging in acts related to corruption, collusion, and nepotism (KKN). In addition to the Companys policies,
employees must refrain from accepting awards or gifts in the form of money, vouchers, goods, services,
entertainment, or other items, provided by third parties due to their role and status as Company employees.
If such gifts are provided in the form of food or gift baskets, they must be reported to a supervisor and
should be distributed fairly among other employees. Furthermore, the dissemination of the anti-corruption
and anti-gratification program to all employees is conducted concurrently with
the dissemination of the Code of Ethics.
