Berdasarkan pemberitaan, kerugian sehubungan
dengan tindak korupsi yang dilakukan di wilayah
IUP Perseroan adalah sekitar Rp271 triliun.
Sehubungan dengan hal tersebut agar dijelaskan

melakukan kewajiban reklamasi 100Y5.

Saat ini kasus tersebut sedang dalam proses
penyelidikan oleh Kejaksanaan dan Perusahaan
sedang berkordinasi dengan Kejaksaan untuk
memperhitungkan dampak kerugiannya terhadap
Perusahaan dan Negara.

Beberapa perusahaan dengan inisial kami tidak
dapat memastikan hubungan dengan Perseroan.
Akan tetapi untuk CV Venus Inti Perkasa, PT
Stanindo Inti Perkasa (PT SIP), PT Tinindo Inter
Nusa (PT TIN), sampai saat ini sudah tidak ada
hubungan kemitraan dalam proses peleburan
logam dengan Perseroan. Dimana hubungan
kemitraan tersebut sudah diputuskan sejak 01 Juli
2021.
