           A total of 15 registered participants attended virtually via Zoom Meeting. The meeting link had been distributed
           earlier through the Publix Expose announcement dated April 13th 2026. The attendance list of participants is
           attached to this report.

III.   Agenda

       1.    The Moderator opened the Public Expose session at 15:00 WIB, followed by the singing of the Indonesian
             national anthem, Indonesia Raya. Then explained the rules of the session, introduced the company’s
             management speakers, and delivered a brief disclaimer and meeting guidelines before proceeding to the
             presentation session.

               performance.

     Answer
     Under the new controlling shareholder, the company’s business direction is focused on sustainable

     Going forward, the company’s strategy includes improving the quality and distribution of project acquisition,
     applying prudent principles in contract selection, and optimizing the utilization of its assets and resources.
     In addition, the company is committed to enhancing operational efficiency and strengthening corporate
     governance to improve overall performance.

     With these strategies, the company is confident in achieving healthy and sustainable growth while delivering
     added value to all stakeholders.

        What are the key strengths of the new ASLI?

     Answer
     1. The profit’s decreased or losses recorded in 2025, was mainly driven by several factors:
        -    A decrease in revenue in line with reduced government infrastructure spending, along with intense
             competition in the construction industry.
        -    Increased cost of goods sold, including higher labor, operational, and mobilization costs,
             particularly as several major projects in 2025 were located outside java, requiring additional
             deployment of skilled labor and resources.
     2. The strength of the company’s new management lies in its combination of experience, competencies,
        and a strong track record in relevant industries. The new management structure is expected to bring a
        fresh strategic perspective while reinforcing the implementation of good corporate governance and
        support from controlling shareholder.

     How confident are the company projections that they will be achieved this year ? What challenges does
     management anticipate ?

     Answer
     The company targets that its projected performance for the year will be achieved gradually. So far, realization
     remains within the planned trajectory, although there are several challenges to address.

     The main obstacles include dynamic market conditions and geopolitical factors impacting construction
     material prices, strategic adjustments in line with the Company's transformation, and the timing of project
     acquisition and implementation. Nevertheless, the Company continues to implement strategic measures
     such as accelerating contract acquisitions, increasing productivity, and strengthening project management
     to ensure optimal performance targets are achieved.
     The main obstacles include the dynamics of market conditions and geopolitical factors which impact the
     price of construction materials.
