Perseroan menyampaikan materi Public Expose guna memenuhi kewajiban pelaksanaan Public Expose Tahunan yang
telah kami publikasikan pada tanggal 01 April 2024 menggunakan Form E019, dengan nomor surat
012/GLP/DIR/IV/2024

Based on the I-E Exchange Regulation, the Company submits the Public Expose material in accordance with the
Annual Audited Financial Statements on 31 Desember 2023 which has been submitted via 010/GLP/DIR/III/2024
dated 2024-04-02 regarding Penyampaian Laporan Keuangan Tahunan. In this regard, the Company has fulfilled the
obligations of the Annual Public Expose.
Other Information:
In order to comply with the provisions of the Amendment to IDX Regulation No. I-E concerning Obligation to Submit
Information and Decree of the Board of Directors of PT BEI Number Kep-00066/BEI/09-2022 dated October 01, 2022
point III.3.6, hereby submits Public Expose material in order to fulfill the obligation to implement the annual Public
Expose which we published on April 01, 2024 using the form E019, with a letter number 012/GLP/DIR/IV/2024
