Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material a. PT Foresight Global (Pemohon PKPU) telah mengajukan
Permohonan Penundaan Kewajiban Pembayaran Utang
(PKPU) terhadap Perseroan (Termohon PKPU) dengan
register perkara No. 74/Pdt.Sus-PKPU/2024/PN.Niaga.Jkt.Pst
tanggal 29 Februari 2024 dan telah diputus pada tanggal 28
Maret 2024.
b. Pada tanggal 28 Maret 2024, Majelis Hakim Pengadilan
Niaga pada Pengadilan Negeri Jakarta Pusat telah
menjatuhkan putusan yang pada intinya memberikan
Penundaan Kewajiban Pembayaran Utang Sementara (PKPU)
Sementara terhadap Perseroan, untuk jangka waktu selama
42 (empat puluh dua) hari sejak Putusan PKPU tersebut
dibacakan serta telah menunjuk Tim Pengurus PKPU untuk
melakukan tugas pengurusan bersama dengan Perseroan
selama proses PKPU berlangsung.
Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta Adanya putusan PKPU ini tidak berdampak secara langsung
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan pada operasional Perseroan. Perseroan akan tetap beroperasi
operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan, sebagaimana biasanya dengan tetap berkoordinasi dengan
atau kelangsungan usaha Emiten atau Tim Pengurus yang ditunjuk Pengadilan sesuai ketentuan
Perusahaan Publik peraturan perundang-undangan.
Selama masa PKPU, Perseroan akan melakukan upaya
restrukturisasi atas utang-utang kepada Para Kreditornya
secara menyeluruh dengan rencana-rencana yang akan
dituangkan dalam suatu Proposal Perdamaian dan akan
disampaikan dalam rapat-rapat kreditor di Pengadilan Niaga
pada Pengadilan Negeri Jakarta Pusat.

Material legal dispute of Company, and Board of Directors and
Type of Material Information or Facts or Commisioners
Description of Material Information or a. PT Foresight Global (PKPU Petitioner) has submitted a
Facts Request for Postponement of Debt Payment Obligations
(PKPU) against the Company (PKPU Respondent) with case
registration No. 74/Pdt.Sus-PKPU/2024/PN.Niaga.Jkt.Pst
dated 29 February 2024 and was terminated on 28 March
2024.
b. On March 28 2024, the Panel of Judges at the Commercial
Court at the Central Jakarta District Court handed down a
decision which essentially granted a Temporary Postponement
of the Company's Temporary Debt Payment Obligations
(PKPU), for a period of 42 (forty two) days after the PKPU
Decision was read out. and has appointed a PKPU
Management Team to carry out joint management duties with
the Company during the PKPU process.
Impact of event, material information or This PKPU decision does not have a direct impact on the
facts towards Issuers or Public Company's operations. The Company will continue to operate
Company’s operational activities, legal, as usual while continuing to coordinate with the Management
financial condition, or going concern Team appointed by the Court in accordance with statutory
provisions.
During the PKPU period, the Company will make
comprehensive efforts to restructure its debts to its creditors
with plans which will be outlined in a Peace Proposal and will
be submitted at creditor meetings at the Commercial Court at
the Central Jakarta District Court.
