Berdasarkan Peraturan Bursa I-E, maka Perseroan menyampaikan materi Public Expose sesuai Laporan Keuangan
Auditan Tahunan per 31 Desember 2023 yang telah disampaikan melalui 0015/TFCO/COR-SEC/IV/2024 tanggal
2024-04-01 perihal Penyampaian Laporan Keuangan Tahunan. Sehubungan dengan hal tersebut, maka Perseroan
telah memenuhi kewajiban Public Expose Tahunan.
Informasi Lain
Penyampaian Materi Public Expose ini sudah juga disampaikan kemarin tanggal 1 April 2024 berbarengan dengan
Penyampaian Laporan Keuangan Tahunan 2023 (Audit) menggunakan Form E019.
Sebelumnya kami tidak bisa menyampaikan di Form E003 dikarenakan Surat rujukan yang otomatis harus muncul di
dalam form tidak muncul dikarenakan XBRL sedang error, maka dari itu kami menyampaikannya dahulu melalui Form
E019 berbarengan dengan Penyampaian Laporan Keuangan (hal ini atas rekomendasi dari PIC IDX kami PT Tifico).

Subject Submission of Information on Fulfillment of Public Expose Obligations
Submission of Information on Fulfillment of Public Expose
Based on the I-E Exchange Regulation, the Company submits the Public Expose material in accordance with the
Annual Audited Financial Statements on 31 Desember 2023 which has been submitted via 0015/TFCO/COR-
SEC/IV/2024 dated 2024-04-01 regarding Penyampaian Laporan Keuangan Tahunan. In this regard, the Company
has fulfilled the obligations of the Annual Public Expose.
Other Information:
The presentation of the Public Expose material was also submitted yesterday, on April 1, 2024, concurrently with the
submission of the 2023 Annual Financial Report (Audited) using Form E019.
Previously, we were unable to submit it via Form E003 due to the automatic reference letter that should appear within
the form not appearing because XBRL was experiencing an error. Therefore, we presented it first through Form E019
simultaneously with the submission of the Financial Report (this was recommended by our IDX PIC, PT Tifico).
